★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are no hidden costs which I loved!! And the dentist did not try to convince me to do anything additional.
He provided the service that I requested which are scaling and polishing and even advised me why a fluoride application would be better. He was very friendly and bubbly and made my visit very worth it.
The staff were also very kind, patient and helpful in explaining to me the pricing plans. The pricing of their services seem reasonable too. Overall a great experience. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I removed my wisom tooth under Dr Lee Cheng Ting. I was slightly apprehensive before but she & the nurse were super reassuring and understanding. I'm glad to say it was a smooth, painless procedure and I could go back to my normal self the next day. So glad I came here! Thank you to the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young chinese lady at the counter is so attitude. Everytime she answer the phone like people own her millions dollar type, and impatient.
Well well :/ quite rude and moody front desk staff as others mention.
Ppl are not expect to spoil their mood when booking appointment. Not recommended to go this outlet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chinese receptionist in the front have issues with her attitude. She needs lesson on customer service and improvement if they want to retain their customers. I notice that it is repeated complaint among the customers and nothing has been done. I hope the management takes the feedback seriously.
I have appointment with Dr Ryan. I don't like the way he preaches you about your dental hygienic. He needs to careful the way he delivers it. I think he should more empathy towards their customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit to a dentist after many years. The young guy dentist works professionally! Thank You Doc! I have sensitive teeth but i can count on my hands the times i felt pain. He will explain your needs clearly! The whole process was amazing! The assistant is just quite but doing her work properly! The front desk (filipina girl) was so friendly and accommodating! Thank you!
