★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John patiently explained everything to me when I got my new trifold bicycle to be repaired (bike not purchased from the shop), while making sure all small details of the bike are being looked into and tuned. It was in a raw state where it was not tuned and I cannot even cycle although I just ordered online around a week ago!
As I am someone who is new to a Foldie, John made sure I am able to use it in a safe manner, from how to fold and unfold efficiently and safely, to patiently guiding how the gears work.
Professional, patient, friendly and trustworthy - are the perfect words to be used for the shop. You won’t be disappointed by the service.
