Morgan Shen is honest and I’m happy with the high quality work. He has good product knowledge and able to recommend me options to get the best of what I paid for my shoes repair. Due to COVID, many of my favorite shoes were spoiled eg. soles fell off this blue Ferragamo is one of my favorite shoes. Very comfortable. It broke at the front 5 - 6 years ago and no one was able to repair it. Morgan took the challenge! I can’t wait to see the “new” shoes,

Made 2 house key recently, wasn’t given receipt. Guy was nice but worries me when he just said if got problem come back. So i try it on and one can fit but can’t turn the key, another one cannot fit at all cutting thick. Now i want to exchange but how am I suppose to proof that i had purchased without receipt. Wouldn’t come here to make keys unless they can rectify my issue.

I want to give compliment to James from waterway point branch. (He is only there on Tuesday, doesn't base at this branch) I went to the waterway point branch to fix (glue and stitch) my shoes. i was attended to by a young guy. There are 2 guys there are base at this branch (a younger one and a older uncle) So after 2 weeks plus still not hearing anything from the young guy, i went back to check. The guy that attended to me previously wasn't around, James attended to me that day, he found that my shoes were still not fix yet. He told me he will inform the young guy about my shoes. After another week, i went back to check and James was there. And my shoes are still not fixed! So James said that he will take over and fix my shoes for me. After a few rounds of fixing and re-fixing, my shoes are finally done! I must say that James' stitching skill is super good. Compared to what i see from the other shoes in the shop. Not just the skills, his service is also great. He shows professionalism throughout the whole process. He didn't sound upset or reluctant to keep redoing until its done properly. *during one of the trips, i found out from the older uncle that he told the younger guy to contact me to inform me that they are unable to fix my shoes due to the material of my shoes. But the younger guy didn't even contact me after 2 weeks plus! This makes James' work even more impressive! Only look for James if you want to get your shoes fix at this branch.
