★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big supporter of Skechers! Staying in Boon Lay, specially came to Skechers Jewel to look for a pair of shoes after I cannot find it in Bugis. I cannot find the pair I wanted here but I bought 2 pairs after I know I can have personalised sewing on my D'lites. Being informed I need to wait for 1-2hrs then I provided the personalised initials I wanted then proceed to pay. I did not received any call so I went back to 2hrs later to collect my shoes, but when I opened the box to check, sewing was not done at all! They told me I never informed them about the sewing but I already informed and provided the design to the other SA. They still dare to ask me to wait for another 3hrs, but after I told them I already waited for 2hrs, then they asked me to wait for awhile and they will do the sewing for me immediately. Will definitely not visit this branch anymore, providing special service yet the service they provided are not up to the standards.

When I asked for specific questions, one staff just pointed to the whole rack and said: “Here you can find. Any of these also can.”
??♂️ might as well I shop online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to Sketchers store at Jewel with the intention of buying 1 pair of walking shoe. Met friendly sales staff, Rose who was very attentive & patience. Left the store with 4 pairs of shoes & sandal plus 1 knit skirt. Excellence service and will definitely visit the store again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had discounted shoes when I visit. But unlike normal terminal areas, there wasn't GST waiver at this shop which was kind of disappointing. Would still get double rewards because it is part of Jewel though. The place is very much understaffed as there are like only 2 staff in the store... with quite a number of customers.. the staff couldn't cope and you just have to wait for your turn.

Service was good, friendly, warm and prompt.
I got the right size and type in double quick time. A good purchase experience.
A discount of 30% seemed like a good deal. Still, considered a tad pricier (despite the discount) possibly due to newer models ?
