★ ★ ★ ★ ★ im utterly dissapppointed by the way the staff treated me and my friends at the the Jewel outlet. The potatocorner website wrote that the closing time is 1am and the staff lied to us that the closing time is at 1030pm. Very very frustrated and disappointed. In addition the one of the staff attitude was very aweful and rude , this shouldnt be the right way of treating your customers. WE ,THE CUSTOMERS TECHNICALLY ARE PAYING FOR YOUR PAYCHECK. Terrible attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a mega all BBQ flavour . 14/05 around 5pm. The girl who did my fries seems to be in a hurry.
Me and the other Filipina lady both have very sluggish, undercooked fries..
The other lady went back to her to complaint however I was in a rush
When I got home only i found out how badly under cook the fries was & very little powder (which potato corner everywhere is known for giving generous powder flavor)
Pls give them more training for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In all those times I have been patronizing this store back in the Philippines, i was always served with perfectly cooked fries and generous amounts of flavor that i requested for. However, last 16 May i was given with what seemed to be a 2 day old potato fries. It was like munching on a cardboard box with some cheese powder. I mean this store has been representing the Philippines yet failed to deliver even to a fellow Filipino. Oh and the lady who is manning the store was more like concerned of her makeup than her work. Yo!! Better get this sorted out!
