★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is always understaffed when I go there to order food.. so if anyone wants to get your orders quick, don't come to the store when you see long queue at the machine and 1 staff at the counter only. Waiting time to order my food and then for my orders to come varries from 3-40 mins (really depends on the crowd). But the food I received is always hot and still quite fresh despite the long waiting time. If you can wait, go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly I have 0 expectations for any form of service @ fast food places but this one just takes the cake.
queued at the counter, which has a sign that says "Order Here", for 10 minutes, the manager could literally see people queuing and waiting, but he doesn't tell us that he is not taking orders anymore until someone asked. and redirects to the ordering machines (out of which, only 1 is functioning and there's a crazy long queue).
Jewel Burger King @burgerkingsg you really sucked so much that I have no more desire for your food anymore #walkedout
