friendly and very patient staff working here. the store is also pretty decent in sized, and seems pretty well stocked.

Recently purchased shoes sole adhesive has come out. Hope Skechers will replace. I am going today. Based on the outcome my rating will change.

Skechers jurong point. My family was patronising your shop today . My parents were searching for shoes. One of the older salesgirl just commented that the shoes my dad was trying was a regular priced item, so he would not be enjoying the promo shoes which is get the second shoes at $1. I was ok, nvm let him try what he likes. She came by again n repeated the same statement; “ that one is a regular priced shoe, that one is a promo shoe, but u need to get another promo shoe, but the one ur dad is wearing is a regular price shoe” (by the time my dad has finished trying n was already wearing his own shoes) I stared at her n was like did u just compared your $100 shoes with Columbia brand shoes?? I said that is his own shoes n then the whole floor started laughing. she was trying so hard to show me how similar they are. Woman, u obviously dont know your product. Nothing about those two shoes were similar at all. From colour to design to everything about the shoes were nothing sort of similar. When i was trying to pay for the items, she was trying to upsell me rubbish from socks to shoe spray to get me to spend $250 to become their member. i patiently declined. She wasnt even sure about the member perks n benefits n had to run around to find free colleagues to answer her questions. Eventually another staff came and clarified that since i had spend more then $150 i can join to become a member. Then the first sales-lian was like “oh i just came back frm long leave i wasnt sure abt the promo”. Seriously Skechers your staff obviously do not know anything about her job at all. From product knowledge/ familiarity to membership requirements and privileges. How can you try to sell customers products/ membership loyalty with this kind of service? She was fortunate as your staffs do not wear name tags for you to identify her. Also, your shop wasn’t even half as busy as other shops and your staffs had time to chat on the floor. i would never have cared for uninterested staff to serve customers, but your staff’s serious lack of respect for customers with her attempt to laugh off her own mistake and stupidly trying to upsell products with no knowledge is just shameful. I hope you can send your staffs for further customer service/ product trainings at the very least.

Went to buy shoe. Very friendly staff's... staff's didn't hesitate to help...

Friendly staff working here. Great deals and offer's most of the time across the year. Got a fellow customer approach for a buy 2 offer wherein I bought one and Customer another product and staff was totally cool with it. You may get lucky if you find a fellow shopper like this.

Staff who attends to my mom and I was Silver Ying Ying. She's patience and know the products well. Mom is a happy customer. Its hard to find a shoe that my mom like and glad we visit. Perfect for old folks who want to find a pair of shoes for long walk BCS it's soft and above all very comfortable. Ends up she want two. ??

I bought shoes for skatepark construction at Jurong lake, singapore. The shoes are the best, with memory foam and lightweight.
