β β β β β I like their packages as it can be use at any outlet not like others which can only utilize at that particular outlet. Manicurist are all friendly and no hardselling. Nail design are very nice too.

β β β β β My experience with JeanYip Jurong point was a disaster on Sun 17 Mar. During my usual hair color, the color pigment on my forehead or face circumference area was not handle appropriately. The over apply of chemical and excessive rubbing cause my skin to burnt as you can see from the picture. I only feel the irritation at first when the assistant boy use some kind of sponge he use to rub the color stain during hair washing. I requested the hair stylist (Veloon) incharge to apply some cream for soothing after I check out at the restroom. The redness become more serious and darken the next day.

β β β β β Had a fringe trim at jean yip and the hairdresser wasnt interested at all. There were no customers in the shop. Instead of giving quality service, the hairdressers were busy asking who should take up this cut. I'm disappointed as I've been told by a friend that they've good hairdressers but cutting my fringe within 10s without checking the evenness of the hair is unacceptable. No way am I going to patronise this again.

β β β β β First of all, save your hair and never step foot in this place. The stylist did not listen to what i said and asked for. I am stuck with a HORRIBLE haircut. After the wash he realised what he had done and kept saying βif you get hair color maybe itβll look betterβ

β β β β β Went To Jurong Point Outlet And Had My Hair Cut and wash & blow , the stylist and assistant was kind , friendly. The names for the stylist and assistant was Edward [Stylist] Andriana [Assistant] both did a very amazing job the hair cut that i wanted was on point , the hair washing part was so good to a point that i almost fell asleep not exaggerating its the fact really enjoyed the head massage from the stylist she did a very detailed job on washing the hair credits to the both of them much recommended to find both of them
