my first visit the store gave me very bad customer experience, which will definitely be my last purchase from this company. i was interested in the light device and some of the serums so went to get it. upon payment of the device and 3 serums, the staff showed me very complex discount and promotion deals. all on paper, hand written on the spot, no brochure. according to them it is only in store deal and changes time to time. the device and 3 serums costs were very close to next level of discount, which requires a few more dollars of spending to be entitled. so i shopped around but found nothing else that i'm interested in. so i moved to cashier to make payment. then another staff came in and tell me another complex deal, which put in a way that sounds even more worthwhile than the previous one. so in the end i bought the device, 3 serums and toner. on my way back home, i just realized that in fact, the first deal is having even more discounts than the 2nd one, which both also required purchase of 1 more toner. i would say their tactic is great to confuse customer. eventually, rip off those that aren't having clear mind at the moment of purchase. yes. i feel exploited and will never visit them ever.

Staff is really friendly & gentle. The facial session is very comfortable as she’ll inform & explain the step briefly & what she’s applying beforehand. No hard-selling too, which is a plus point. Already using their serums & the recovery sleep booster mask, the next day effect are not bad as my dark eye circles visibly lessen & skin smoother to the touch.

Nice facial experience and staff. But I signed up a package at Bishan outlet and was left uncontacted by them for months abt my next appt. Tried calling them several times in both ion and bishan outlet but nobody answered. Months later then found out from Google that bishan outlet closed. Felt like I was scammed into signing up with a reputable company that was closing down. Finally called the scotts outlet and turned out ion outlet is renovating despite google still saying its open. So now left with scotts outlet and my next earliest appt 2 months away. Would have left if it isnt that I had signed up a package.

This review is for the service at the new Ion supplement bar. Not about the products. There were 2 staff in store and the staff attending to me was unclear about the pricing/products. I did some research prior visit so i led the situation to enquire more about the product and she just agrees with me and every product is said to be good. I mean, come on shall i buy everything??? Regarding the latest discount/promotions available, one told me 25% with free gift at different price tier spend but another staff told me the discount is 22% and stopped. did not even mention about 25% discount and the free gifts. The inconsistency is quite uncomfortable for me. Feel like if i don't ask i don't get. When i did my cocktail, B3 serum is OOS they asked me if i like to switch to something else, so i asked for a list/ catalogue of the serums and properties to choose. Both staff told me that they dont have such a catalogue that shows all the serum and properties. Just the 10 colored bottles before me to choose from. BUT when i was walking about earlier, i SAW a glass stand that have all the 10 serum and properties already.... It was so awkward that i know what they have in store more that the staff knowing what they have in store. After choosing my cocktail, the staff told me that they only have other serum box to store the serum and had to put my vitamin A serum in a chlorella box, the box looks kinda old and broken. I thought each serum would come with their own box just like in Sephora? Whats more, the staff did not even ask me which color of cocktail container i wanted she just took pink and settle the bill. I had to ask her if i can change to orange color instead. Took me 2 years before i decided to make a big purchase in Skininc on my birthday month. what an under whelming experience in their brand new ION supplement bar. I still love my products but service experience surely 1 star max.

Product indeed was good n so was the facial… but service wise not up to standard… I did make a facial purchase at bishan and went to do my facial there a few times.. but when it was close down we as a customer there was not inform. And uncountable time that I have try making appt for facial at Scott or ion no slot available. My last facial was during last year oct or Dec. the management there shd do something about this. As I have seen I’m not the only one that encounter this problem.

They have been cancelling appointments made since late 2021, so far I have been cancelled 3 times over the span of 3 months. Their slots are always full on both weekends and weekdays, I have to made appointments in advance in 2021 for 2022 but it’s also pointless effort since they kept cancelling. They say can put me on waiting list , but what’s the point when they keep cancelling the official reservations made in advance? No honour in their word. Call back the shop or handphone number and nobody pick up, message back and no reply. I will not sign up new package with them as it’s not as professional and well handled as compared to previous years. Very dissatisfied and disappointed as I’ve been a loyal customer to skin inc for 4 years.

Service is horrible, their therapist got sick so they asked if I can come on a different day for my facial, which I agreed to. However they booked me in to a different outlet and did not tell me. I arrived got changed and ready for my session and when they informed me that I'm in the wrong outlet and that I should have looked at the sign off on the confirmation message that is sent 1 day before sessions. I genuinely did not know that they would change location without them checking with me first if I am okay to go to a different place, when rescheduling the appointment, if I'm okay with it so I honestly did not notice. It's bad enough that I was at the wrong place but then for them to get me ready for the session without checking was really a waste of my time. Also it is very hard to get an appointment these days, so do be weary of any expiry date for services bought. I gave an extra star because the actual products and facial is good, if you manage to make an appointment.
