Absolutely awful experience at Chaumet Ion. The lady who welcomed us was not speaking English at all, and instead of giving us the option to wait for her colleague who speaks English to be back at the shop, she decided to do it fully in Chinese since my girlfriend speaks Chinese, not even leaving her time to translate, as if I was not there at all. When you go shopping for wedding bands and you basically get totally ignored by the sales lady this is already a no no. But adding insult to the injury, she dared to ask my fiancée if it was her first or second marriage. How on earth could you ask such an inappropriate question in a luxury boutique! Congrats young lady, you just made sure that we will never ever buy anything at Chaumet given the poor training and standards maintained in your shops.

Visited this store in March with my fiancée to find our engagement ring. We were absolutely delighted with the product and the service provided by Ms. Kiji Kaori, so we decided to buy our ring from this store. Given the perfect experience we had, we visited this store to choose our wedding bands last Saturday. Again, the rings and service was extraordinary, and Ms. Kiji helped us to find our perfect wedding bands. We are very happy to be customers of Chaumet and will definitely recommend Chaumet ION Orchard to our friends.

I bought a bracelet from Chaumet for my wife. After already two years (in which she only has worn the bracelet on nice dinners or events) the lock of the bracelet already started to get loose. You would expect from a high quality brand a better quality. However this can happen. Why I’m scoring this low is because of their lack of service. Even though this is clearly just sub par quality, they still wanted to charge 200$ to repair their own faulty quality. They proudly said it was including polishing, which at their competitors is included in the fact that it’s a high end brand. My wife’s engagement ring from Van cleef is polished yearly, free of charge. In other words, huge disappointment. I would recommend to go to the competition

Really pleasant experience at Chaumet ION. Got Torsade wedding bands with my husband. Before the purchase, we had checked almost all luxury jewelry brands + local brands in Singapore. Chaumet Torsade definitely has one of the best and most cultural designs, with reasonable price and exquisite craftsmanship. The staff are friendly and professional. Our salesman Isaac is one of the nicest and most competent salespeople I've encountered in luxury brands so far. We were inclined to the Torsade design but with one reservation about the meanings behind the pattern. Isaac nicely dispelled our misgivings using the interpretation of 连理枝, without which we would not have easily finalized our decision. Isaac also proactively helped us participate the latest promotion in ION. We appreciate his efforts and responsible attitudes throughout the process. We also received a token of gratitude from the store manager after the purchase. We were also offered flexible timing for the free engravings because of the uncertainty of the date of our wedding during this pandemic. This made us feel that Chaumet is very understanding when it comes to clients' needs and is always striving to provide the best customer experiences. Will definitely come back when I need new pieces of jewelry or it launches new products in the future. It's a brand worth building relationships with.

Me and my fiancé visited the store on 17/5 wanting to look at wedding band. We were greeted warmly by Justin. He started sharing with us about the history of the brand, the tiara, workmanship etc. (Its very interesting to get to know the brand, definitely increased in our interest) He also explained every single meaning behind each of the collection which i find him very attention to detail. He also let us try on different designs and gave us suggestions. Very good service from him, overall pleasant experience
