Yesterday, I accidentally sat on my glasses and it got bent out of shape and was lopsided when I wore it. I brought it back to the store and the staff there helped me fix it for free and even changed the nose pads on the frames for me. Worth it to buy for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to commend the lovely lady who assisted me at Ion branch around 12 noon. I bought the Rick model. I forgot to take note of her name but she was super nice, accomodating and helpful. You will really be encouraged to buy. She gave all the right tips and advices on how to use or go for repair of our genle monster sunnies. It is such a refreshing experience. The other staff are nice too. No one was snubbish.
Just want to say thank you for the great experience. I sill surely be back :)

But Natalie , this most helpful Angel , just took the glasses in her good hands , fixed it , and even changed the nose bridge pads for me . Cost me nothing , and brilliant smiles from the staff . I’m a loyal fan . ?

Love how kind the staff are and how none of them crowd and circle around you asking if you need any help the moment you enter. Peaceful and I love the vibe. I can see why it's popular despite the heftier price tag.
