Love the head massage the most ? there was minimal hard selling as we went for the trial one. We rejected and they have never push it further. Pleasant experience! ?

My beauty therapist, Yen, was rly friendly and knowledgeable! Had a great time talking to her before and during the treatment :) Overall I’m very satisfied with the experience!

The session was relaxing with steps and details shared every step of the way. The session including the extraction was gentle and comforting. The after resulting was nice too with my face feeling really clean and smooth.

Am thoroughly satisfied with the services of Yen Who is excellent with her assessment, recommendations and skills. She makes me feel non threatening and comfortable given this was a promotional package. However, having understood my reasons for not signing up the package she did not proceed to haunt me further. I will definitely visit this place for my future facial under Bee Yen. Keep up the professionalism and good work Bee Yen. Kudos to Iris the receptionist who is ever patient and accommodating as she accorded me the time and day that I wanted since my other schedules are full! Keep on smiling and the good work Iris!

We really enjoyed the 1hr plus service as the two ladies were very attentive and did a great job in cleansing and massaging our face. The aroma was really nice and offer us a great sense of tranquility..so much that I personally felt asleep. There was zero sales talk and that's what we really appreciate. Thumbs up to the 2 ladies. We will not hesitate anyone to come for this promo package.

I’m someone who doesn’t like hard selling and there isn’t any hard selling here. Will recommend to those want to enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable facial experience.

Given a head massage, followed by the peeling, extractions, a cooling mask and a good shoulder massage. The peeling was gentle and my skin was apparently brighter after the session. I am thankful to Yen for trying to make the extraction process as comfortable as possible. Overall, it was a good experience today and I look forward to my next facial session with SkinLab.

Sue has very good service. Not rushing and quite thoughtful. Overall, sales is also not pushy. Happy with the trial experience.
