This is the worst eyebrow embroidery experience I had. Not only the process is 6hrs, my brows ended up with 2 different shades!!! The process was uncomfortable, disturbing and stressful. The person, put her phone on my left ear with her speaker on to chit chat while doing my brows!! On a loud tone ! Phone left on my left ear... even it rings, she does not have the slight thought of taking it away from me and let it rings till its dead! I ended up taking 2 panadoles from her during these 6hrs of nightmare. I couldn't accept her reason of trying to cover my leftover red pigment from my previous embroidery done becuz... I have done it elsewhere to cover and redo my brows.. its at most a 2hrs job including numb. Now my right brow is not only 1 shade lighter than the other, it's even redder!!! 6hrs of nightmare with rewards of asymmetrical brows and different shades!!! Not only that, she sold me an used anti bacterial cream @ $21 that was meant for acne!!! I came to her becuz I couldn't get any other dates from other places nearer to hers. I gave this place a try becuz of its 10k likes in fb and am very regretful for this decision made. This is the worst brow experience I have done, I truly regretted believing in the 10k FB likes. I wouldn't want to even go back for the free touch up as I do not want to relive this nightmare again.

Highly recommend to this shop! The owner and the staff are gorgeous! They are very professional and provide very good service! Every time I go there, I feel so relaxed and happy! I got my lips tattooed there, after 2 months, the results are amazing, even more beautiful than I expected! Then I continued to embroider my eyebrows and eyeliner! Now I go out without makeup and just put on some lip balm!
