β β β β β Great place if you want a frustrating living experience, property manager Mr. Jeffrey, when you want to move your furniture, heβll ask your Ikea truck to leave and reschedule and to pay deposit, when you want to use the gym, heβll ask you to pay a deposit, when your friends want to visit you, you need to pay a deposit for them to use the front door, when you need to use car park, pay deposit.
This management company really wants your deposit.

β β β β β The manager there is useless. A female security there is a completely racist. She is always mean to all Chinese. She finds fault with visitors on purpose. When I want to visit friends who live thereοΌshe said I can not stand beside the gate. So should I stand across the road and wait for my friend to come down and open the door for me? Then she is willing to open the door for all Indian visitors. When I sign up for registration, she is complain that I messed up her noto book. Really bad experience.

8pm have a bad experience at here
With rude security staff, and wearing ear phone watching phone.
Intercom side are dark,difficult to see after key in the number.
Lift with strong taste not sure what taste was that
level 24 lift down arrow key cannot press. WAs faulty
