K	Khairi Yusri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor queue management for patient with ART positive. Waited outside for more than 1hr under the hot sun. Front desk didnt even bother to check on us and update us on the waiting time.My temperature rose from 37C to 38.5C after 1hr 15 mins of waiting for update from the doctor. Poor customer service.We decided to leave and took our IC after 1hr 15minutes of waiting and they didnt even apologised for the situation. For those with ART positive, head yourself to Bedok Singhealth. It's much faster and efficient. Trust me. I'm really sorry but this is by far the the worst clinic I have ever visited and I will never ever come back again. Their best reply was "K, thanks bye". My goodness. Don't bother replying me that you guys take our feedback seriously, because I don't think you guys would learnt from this kind of bad situation.
N	Nicholas Leong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is nice but process is not efficient. I was 4th starting from 750am but wait > 2 hours to see doc and get medicine. Not sure what they are doing inside. Doctor came at 830am, clinic starts at 8am. They dispense medicine in batches and not piecemeal so if you happen to be first in the next batch GG. Bring things to make sure you are ok sitting around for invisible long queues
S	Shaun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came on a saturday, unfortunately encountered a rude staff who told me to come back later even though it was still 2 hours to closing at 10am+ , she then brushed me off and disappeared from view. I understand that clinics are overwhelmed but given that it was still within normal operating hours, it seemed unwarranted.
G	Gilbert Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would mirror some of the other comments here in terms of waiting time. I was ART positive and so I waited outside after alerting the nurse. I didn't see a lot of people inside the clinic, i think 2 people max. Took around 40 mins before someone (I think he was the doc) came to do the ART test on me outside. Then 10 more mins before i got my meds and MC. The wait felt incredibly long given the number of pax at the clinic, especially given I was having fever, runny nose and body aches, However, the staff who attended to me were professional, courteous and friendly. Having done ART and PCR previously at Bedok Polyclinic nearby when i had a sore throat, I would say that is way faster since it's a separate cordoned off area for anyone with flu symptoms. You are better off going there if you have flu symptoms and feel very ill due to the shorter wait time.
T	Tony Lai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have time to waste do come to this clinic! To add more context. I went on Sunday around 2.30pm. As I entered the clinic the nurse asked me to stay outside. She came out and asked what’s the matter. I said fever & body aches. She replied in Mandarin. “We don’t see this kind of issue” I asked then what do you see? She said too many people! It’s still 2.5 hrs to closing time! Really waste my time go down!

I decided to just give it a try as i needed my medication. I entered getting ready for an irritable reply from the front desk but instead i was greeted with a polite greeting and they even answered all my queries before seating me down. Aside from the long wait considering how busy the clinic is, i've visited many clinics who were busy and did not even get any eye contact so i truly was shocked at the amazing service i got here. I will definitely keep coming here

Went all the way there to find out that there is no slot and the next slot is at 6pm. My poor mother have to walk all the way back home to wait and walk back again. Please come out with a standardized SOP instead of giving us false answers, and have empathy for old people.

I was greeted by their friendly staffs and doctor was very nice and polite as she apologized for the long wait. Yes waiting time about 1 hour but I am glad that their service was good and welcoming. Thank you frontliners for your dedication and hardwork! Stay safe everyone.
