CITYGP Family Clinic - 122 Bedok North Street 2

DO NOT VISIT. Had a cut and was panicking as the wound was open and this was the nearest clinic that was open. Instead of reassuring me that it is a minor issue, he repeatedly asked if I wanted to do Tetanus jab, did I do it, where did I do it. In my panic, I do not recall and was not helpful in the situation. I went back to my usual family clinic who said it was completely unnecessary and will heal in the next few days. Doctor was also multi tasking to ask new visitors to check in while attending to me, very unprofessional IMO! It was a ridiculous bill of $75 for consultation, dressing the wound and a plaster + cream. Terrible experience. I will not visit this clinic again and strongly advise others against visiting this clinic. There are more professional and trusted clinics in the area.

Had a quite a deep cut on my hand. I asked the doctor if I can take a tentaus jab as a precaution, he said the clinic does not carry the tentaus vaccine. This is strange and defeats the whole point of being a GP clinic because tentaus jab is a common and necessary vaccination. Doctor did not bother to dress my wound properly. Simply washed the wound with antiseptic solution and apply tons of antiseptic cream. The dressing was just a terrible mess of white tape over one single piece of cotton pad, no gauze was used. I went to another GP clinic, the GP even commented how bad the dressing was. The other GP even prescribed me with painkillers and antibiotics. No oral medication was prescribed at CityGP.

Brought my son to the clinic last week as his PD is closed on Sunday. Doctor was do swab for young kids and comfort him. Recommend the clinic with reasonable charges and professional consultation.

Just found out about this new clinic! Doctor Kwok is very friendly and obviously knowledgeable. He also provides in home visits which is quite convenient. If my baby needs a doctor at home, I won’t have to run out :)??

Young doctor very professional and meticulous. Was going to come back and gave him a bottle of wine but somehow didn't get one of them round toit's (Oz humour). He did a PCR test for me on a weekend. I need to get him to do another PCR test next week.

Doctor is very tending. He meticulously promotes healthy daily routines, such as drinking plenty of fluids and regularly monitor blood pressure. I would highly recommend this clinic for everyday needs.

Unfortunately i cant leave a zero star review, if can i would put it as zero. Beware guys... Today is Saturday and its quite hard to find a GP that is open in the afternoon. Happen to google up and saw this clinic is open so we headed down. On 29/01/22 at 1.36pm we visited CityGP Family Clinic (Blk 122 Bedok North st 2). They told us there were 4 patients ahead of us. They claimed they'd call us when our turn was next. So we didn't mind waiting and walked around the neighbourhood. At about 3pm, no call was made and we decided to check on our queue status. The staff said our turn was next and told us to wait inside the clinic. One patient out, so our turn was next, right? We thought so but no, the doctor, Dr Kwok Chun Lin, came out of the consultation room and called for the lady who would be doing a pre departure test. I approached the staff to clarify that it was supposed to be our turn and she said the test was a quick one. Fine. As soon as she came out, Dr Kwok called the next patient who registered after us upon arrival. By then, it was already 3.50pm and no more patients, just us! Only after we asked why they skipped us and brought the later patients in, he then apologised and offered to take us in immediately which we turned him down. He could not even explained why it took 2 hours to consult 4 patients which was being told by the front staff earlier on. The lame justifications he made were 'not enough doctor' and they had 'appointment based' patients. My point of view, if you are not able to manage new cases (walk in) due to the shortage of manpower, you shouldn't be taking in more registrations and give empty promises making patients wait for 2hrs. This is just a GP, not a polyclinic. Even polyclinics have improve on their service.

Would not recommend. I reached the clinic at about 4.30pm on a Sunday to register to see the Doctor as I was experiencing dizziness, stomach discomfort and nausea. The lady at the counter repeatedly told me that she wasn't sure how long the waiting time would be, and it could be until 7.30pm when they close the clinic. That would be an entire 3 hours of wait. She communicated that if I was in a huge rush I should go to the A&E or another clinic instead. It was a Sunday so all the clinics nearby were closed, nor did I feel that my condition required me to admit myself to the A&E immediately. I told her calmly that I was feeling very dizzy and it would be best if I could just wait for my turn unless there were many patients before me. In my dizziness, I asked her how many patients there were before me. She hesitated a bit but told me 5 patients, without any reason as to why a 5 patient queue would take so long. On top of that, she refused to register me saying she can only register me closer to the time I can see the doctor (the doctor's registration system could only take 5 patients at a time??) so I had to leave my number and wait till I could register. I eventually only received the call to register around 6.19pm. By then I was feeling so light headed, I had to get my parents to drive me to another clinic.
