Yang and Yap Clinic and Surgery - Block 537 Bedok North Street 3

Hi all, just thought that i could share a thing or two from my experience with the clinic. Been visiting this clinic since the early 90’s back when i was still a child. Their compassion towards patient is second to none. I have been battling with eczema(on and off) since i was 18 and their clinic, without question, will be the very first place of my choice to go to. I remembered during my polytechnic days when i went there a 50 dollars bill and got consulted by Dr Yang and ended up getting a whooping 260 dollars, Dr Yang just told me to keep the money and pay whatever i can when i have the money (which i did, the moment i got my first part time job in my Polytechnic). Now, as fate has it, his son, Dr Sam, came in with the exact value and compassion his dad thought him. This is my third consultation with him due to a sudden flare up of eczema and got to know that i might have psoriasis. As a realist, I accept facts as it is. I was also excused of Dr Sam’s and Dr Theresa Yap’s consultation fee. It felt like Déjà vu all over again in terms of my financial burden as my wife just delivered a daughter and I am undertaking my Phd. I don’t know how many lives this family of doctor have touched and affect in the very best way but i bet they all can sleep very well at night knowing they have put lives of patients as a priority over money. God bless them. All i can say is that, visit the clinic and you will know what i mean. There is no point taking in any bad reviews here without even experiencing it yourself. Not to mention, nurses there are also very helpful and knowledgeable. On a side note, this is the first time ever that I have written a review! Hence, that says a lot about the clinic, hahaha.

I'm already 40 years old, getting treatment from this Male doctor from my grandparents, my parents, uncle and aunties till now my family also get treated. He is excellent on skin treatment. Pricy too but getting instant result you have to try his treatment. His whole family are doctors. Funny doctor....laughs alot and cheerful person too. Doctors are god's gift and he is one of them.

Mil went to the clinic wrongly that was recommended by her friend alone. Dr called my bil to explain the details and before we could ask more, he cut us short and talked abt the consultation fees that it's $100+ after deduction of the merdeka card. Firstly, I'm not sure if the fees differs from any diagnosis. Secondly, when was asked about the condition and cause, we've been cut short without explanation. Bad experience for a first timer.

My husband and I has seen Dr. Joseph Yang, Dr. Theresa Yap and Dr. Sam Yang for 4 years. They have help in skin problems, COPD and atopy. The staff are very efficient. cheers.

I have had eczema for 1-2 years and it has troubled me immensely for a long time now. However, after visiting this clinic, my problems were immediately resolved via the various professional treatment they gave me. Whenever I am there for a treatment, the three doctors and nurses provided me with excellent medication and services. They explained the procedures and the description of each medication very clearly and ensured that I was well taken care of.

I have never been there before even though the clinic was there for many years. Bring my mum there for her booster jab. Convenient for me to bring her there. Cannot push wheelchair in as it's quite narrow there.

The doctor r awesome injection is not painful at that by lady. Cos I very scarevof injection. Thank u so much

Was recommended by friends and my dad visited the clinic with some skin condition. We were charged an exorbitant of $500+++ for some “home made lotion” and some very ordinary and common meds for generic condition. We ended up in a proper dermatologist and paid lesser and got it diagnosed properly to be some immunocompromised issue. Thoroughly wrong diagnosis and charged crazy amount. Pretty much a quack.
