The model of their business is that they always select their customers who they think will pruchase hair treatment from them. If you are holding on to a decent plain membership for simple haircut, prepare to wait and pray for your luck that someone will entertain you. And if they know that you have not purchase a membership card yet or the card is ending soon, they will change their attidtude 360 degree. Having said that, there is a particular lady hairdresser who I have observed that she always help to do basic cut whenever she is free. The rest of the hairdresser would rather check handphone or gather to talk, while they have some free time, in between their customer waiting for hair color to settle down. I was there today for the hair cut, I saw that the male hairdresser (only male in this branch?) was talking to the cashier while waiting for his customer to steam her hair, even though he saw that there is a queue for customer to do normal hair cut and most of them sitting outside the shop, under the sun.

Cheap haircut and fast service, but the staff at occasionally rude. Once I went there to get my hair cut, one old lady keep complaining because I fidget sometimes. Also, she keep saying stuff like "Boy ah, why you move your head? I have to keep moving your head you know to cut your hair. So tiring!" Also they allow the older people to cut in and go first. What the heck! And their treatment is like half an hour long while my haircut takes only like 10 mins. What a disgrace! Not coming here again after the ordeal I had :((((

If you are coming here for a normal hair cut, their price would be $3.8. However, when you try to pay for it, the cashier would try their best to hard sell you their 12 month hair cut thing for $30+ near $40. They would give you a card that you could redeem a hair cut for 12 times. It would be equivalent of about $3.3 per hair cut each time. It has a expiry of about 1 year. Usually there would be either 3-4 people at the cashier and kind of forcing you into buy their 12 month hair cut promo. Thankfully, the couple of times I went there, the hair cut was decent. Just be warned before about their hard sell tactics after the hair cut.

A simple haircut for 3.80,easily making this place a highly affordable place to cut your hair, especially as a student. Not to mention their crew are friendly and skilled, they also offer a wide range of other services. If you are living in Tampines, it is highly likely you may be one of their regulars already

Service is surprisingly better than other outlet (or maybe it's me adjusting to a not-so-high expectation). Had a pretty decent haircut by the male hairstylist. He also reminded me about buildups spotted on my scalp, followed by free scalp scanning and selling of treatment packages... It's their business model anyway. And I appreciate the professional advice given.

Lousy customer service and business model! Waited for almost an hour to have a simple hair cut, hair dressers were free inside but did NOT want to cut my hair. They let one guy who claimed he was a member in, even though he JUST arrived. He said to the staff that he was a member, and asked if they had time to do a fast haircut (he did not mention he made an appointment). He even asked us if we were queuing but he just went in! How rude. We were unhappy and asked the staff why they let him in first when we already waited so long. They claimed that he had an appointment already, but it was clearly not the case! They just decided to choose their customers. What’s the point of having a cheap price point for a hair cut when they don’t want to cut your hair?! Extremely unprofessional, will never come back again. Sadly there’s no option for 0 stars, if not I would put it. Don’t go here unless you want to ruin your day.

I bought the $48 and I got a I think China guy he can’t speak English he cut my hair like boris johnson lol this is the second time for me still got 8 more to go
