Wife went back there after 3 years. Staff Ika is as still friendly and helpful. Doctor Patricia is very patient and offered her few options for her bad tooth before she made her final decisions.

Pleasant, professional and friendly service. Have been with them since 2014. I first did my wisdom tooth surgery with them, as the pain was unbearable. The extraction was smooth and it was alight. So I have been going their for my regular scaling and polishing sessions ever since. The prices are reasonable too. Do note that it's best to call to book a timeslot.

The teeth whitening is amazing! I got 4 shades whiter. Dr. Pat is very patient and answer me lots of questions. The result is good and painless, will definitely recommend it to my friend and family.

Reasons why I give 5 stars. 1. The service is superb. I made the booking through Facebook, the response was fast. They call to remind me one day before my appointment. They call again to remind me just before my appointment. 2. Friendly staff and dentist The staff and doctor was beyond friendly, patiently explaining my teeth condition. I had my teeth cleaned and got the medication for my gum condition. 3. Price is reasonable. 4. The place is clean.

Dr Pat is world class. She’s always very patient and accommodating. Great with kids too. We have struggled bringing our young daughter to see a dentist as she always have this fear of it being a painful experience. With Dr Pat, it has become such a positive experience for her. She actually looks forward to cleaning her teeth now! Such a joy to see her and Dr Pat chatting like they are best buddies.

My bottom right molar tooth was decayed and I make the decision to extract it. So as usual like every other dentist she injected anesthesia a couple time. I felt painful during the extraction and she think I was faking it, or if I'm confused with the pressure felt from the extraction. Why would I fake it? I'm already in a miserable pain. Instead of giving me more injection to make it painless she decided to go ahead and pull the teeth out anyway. I never experienced such pain before. This was my second visit, the first visit was ok. It has been 2-3 days since then, im still in pain from the post extraction. Swollen bottom face too.

Called whole morning as wife got dental emergency. Nobody picked up e calls at all. Reached the place 9am sharp and nobody opened shop as well.. How can this be a so called friendly and honest establishment when they cannot keep to their own open shop timing? I rest my case. Will NEVER bother about going to this shop again!

Dr pat & assistant were really experienced and friendly! Had my wisdom tooth surgery today and really had a pleasant experience here! Previously from other clinic but they had no early slot for extraction so I went ard and found happy tooth! Compared to previous clinic I would say pat & assistant were really 100X better than those places with lots of branches! Assistant were skillful as well cos I didn't choke on my saliva ? Dr pat didn't rush into the surgery but made sure I knew what I was going to happen for the procedure first! Did 2 x-rays + meds + consultation+ surgery for a tooth for $1250 only fully medisave claimable! Paid $0 for the visit cos all is through medisave! The reception is also sincere that's why I came here at the end to give here a try! I called almost 10 branches but all doesn't have any slot or no dentist haha. Skeptical at first because I had bad experience at other places before but to my surprise even tho the place is small it was clean and everyone is skillful! Definitely will recommend this gem dental to all! Really dam happy about the people and place!! Service and attitude is dam good in this dental!!! Thank you Dr pat and everyone for this wonderful experience! (I don't really give review to places but I feel that y'all should try this place out!!) ?
