Loved this place. Quite happy with the services. Worth mentioning is my haircut. Mona gave me a nice haircut as wanted. Even the facial massage was good. The price was not too expensive. worth the money. certainly, visit again.

Aman attended to me at the shop and her service was incredible - she was very caring and attentive to my needs. I asked if she could turn off the music so I could rest and she kindly agreed. The shop is clean and well maintained. There was no hardselling of packages here. Love the treatment and will definitely be back for more

The best parlor service I've experienced in Singapore. They are very good at any service they provide. The staff is very friendly. Listens to your needs and helps you get best service. I visit every month or twice a month for eyebrows, waxing and root touch up. Lovely experience with friendly staff.

Going at Beauty Matters Salon since many years for under arms waxing . Upon best advise by Joti i went for IPL Hair removal first time for my underarms last week . She did it very gently . I didnt felt any pain . I noticed after a week that my hair growth is very minimal as compare to last time . I will recommend all my friend to the Best IPL Hair removal in Bedok area. I had to wait for 35 mins although i had booked an appointment at 5.30 (through my sisters account). They nearly closed the shop on us ( my sister and I ) knowing damn well we were waiting. I’m Extremely disappointed with the service. The short girl with braids that was threading my eyebrows was clearly in a rush to get them done. I was there for 35 mins waiting to get mine done. And, she got my eyebrows in 2 mins, and that HORRIBLY. It was NOT worth the wait. I’m so disappointed with not only the service but the lady’s attitude. When i mentioned that it wasn’t done properly, she rolled her eyes, acknowledged but did NOTHING about it. I asked for “ thick and sharp” eyebrows but seems to me all she knows how to do is “ clean-up”. My eyebrows were very uneven. ++ There was hair left all over my cheeks and forehead. She was clearly not in the mood to work. I’m unsure how everyone here claims it was “ extremely good” or “ 5-stars” but to me, this was the worse service i have ever gotten. I would definitely not recommend this place. Although the price for many can seem reasonable, it’s clearly WAY too much for such a horrible service. Extremely disappointed and I’m never coming back.

Worse experience. Called in a day before to check if appointment required for facial. No clear information was given, I even asked if my details will be required for appointment booking The lady who answered my call said no need. And then when I walked in, they asked if I have booked an appointment. When I said the person who answered my call said no appointment needed. They denied the mistake did and replied we will inform customers clearly that appointment required for facial services. Wasted my trip. Never going there again
