Doctor is nice and friendly, helped with my adult acne. -3 stars because some of the receptionists are not very professional and are quite rude when calling on the phone, have dismissed one of my skin concerns and even laughed at me. Skin and appearances are very sensitive topic, would appreciate if the receptionists could practice some level of empathy.

Dr. Liew is a professional and experienced dermatologist. My condition has improved tremendously after using the medication creams prescribed. Very thankful to have chosen this clinic instead of facial salon.

Dr Liew is very friendly and explains everything in detail during my first consultation with her to ease my worries since I'm undergoing surgery for the first time. The staffs and Dr Liew makes the atmosphere really comfortable and pleasant for me, I felt really safe in their hands and will definitely be my first choice of Dermatologist if anything arise in the future.

Dr Liew is an awesome doctor and an amazing person. I was in an impossible situation. My grandmother, who is 5 years shy of 100 years old, was in hospital. As her caregiver, I stay and sleep at the hospital with her. This has always caused an exacerbation of my skin condition, which makes it impossible to move without extreme pain. It is also very difficult to deal with as it gets worse, particularly when I'm caring for someone with a lot of special needs. What I needed was a solution to get me through the next two weeks. I googled dermatologists at 3 in the morning, desperate for the kind of help public hospitals would make me jump through hoops to get. I chanced upon an article Dr Liew wrote about this condition, and the options she could provide. I immediately knew she was the doctor I needed to see. I called in the afternoon to make an appointment and actually got a walk-in slot for 2 hours later. Usually, I tend to discount a lot of Google reviews. But man are the reviews here about Dr Liew spot on! She was so compassionate and understanding about my situation. She could see immediately how much I needed to get back to the hospital to be with my grandmother. She also did not judge me for how disheveled I looked (a permanent look for physically-impaired and unwell caregivers). She took a very detailed medical history, which is really long, as well as all the medication I am taking, which is a lot as I have been unwell for many years. She even prompted for family history, which public hospitals had never asked of me before. She examined me and knew exactly what I needed right away. She explained my condition to me and diagnosed it with exactly what I thought it was all these years. And then she got right to the treatment. After the injections, she prescribed additional medication. Dr Liew is such a compassionate person, and an amazing doctor. Her treatment reduced the inflammation that causing me pain and further limiting my mobility (I'm already physically-imapired as it is). She encouraged me to take care of myself too, which I thought was incredibly sweet of her. Dr Liew's treatment helped me get through the week at the hospital with my grandmother, whom I love very much and cannot bear to be separated from. And for that, I will always be grateful to her. Anyone seeking a dermatologist should look no further. Pick up the phone and book an appointment with her. She knows her stuff, she's an awesome doctor, and most important, she is an amazing person. You will feel better just being in her presence, because she is sunshine itself. Dr Liew, thank you so, so much for helping me. You were my guardian angel at a very difficult time in my life. I will see you again soon for my follow-up appointment, and I can hardly wait!

I first visited Dr Liew in 2019 when I was going through a very stressful time in my life and I have consulted so many Dermatologists prior to her. She is the most amazing doctor and even though my condition improved but not 100% yet, her outstanding patience and compassion really made me decided that she will be my dermatologist for life, I just have blind faith in her. She has such a good heart. Thank you Dr Liew, unknowingly, you have saved my life.

Dr Liew is a detailed, patient and assuring doctor. She listens attentively and explained various options for my children to consider. She always made us feel that we are in good hands. Dr Liew gave very good advice and did not push any unnecessary medications. Came back after two weeks for review. my daughter got better within 2 weeks and we will continue with the doctor's advice. Dr Liew gave a list of things to note and do, also with list with other allergist doctors to visit. Staff are superb,friendly,helpful and knowledgeable regarding the prescribed medication. Overall happy parents and will continue to persevere.
