I brought her to see another dermatologist, who prescribed a cream that made it even worse. In desperation, I brought my child to see Dr Tham Siew Nee. The skin looked so terrible, I didn’t have high hopes. Dr Tham’s first response when I entered the clinic with the baby was to say “Aren’t you cute!”. She did not seem daunted at all by the horrible skin at the baby’s neck and it made me feel immediately better. After calmly examining the skin, Dr Tham patiently explained every cream she would prescribe, explained how the cream would work and all the side effects. Because the last dermatologist had made the condition worse, I was afraid to apply the new cream…. But within one day, I saw improvement. In just a week, the entire neck looked normal again. Strongly recommend this doctor, especially for eczema.

When they put pimple cream, the eczema flared up, and when they put eczema cream, the pimples flared up…. Really stressful. It got so bad, it was disfiguring and my family member was embarrassed to leave the house. Skin conditions like this can seriously affect mental health too. Went to see Dr Tham because she has decades of experience and is a very established dermatologist. Despite the very tricky problem, Dr Tham never gave up. She was so knowledgeable about the pros and cons of her medicines, which she explained patiently to us. You get the impression that she is very passionate about her work and well-read in the field. Even when we were so happy after the condition had improved by 80%, Dr Tham was not satisfied. She eventually brought the improvement to 100%. All the eczema totally gone! Pimples in that area also all gone! Could not believe that skin looking so terrible could be fully cured. We are deeply grateful to Dr Tham forever. Dr Tham has a partner — a younger but equally good and caring doctor, Dr Koh. He is very up to date on all the latest skin solutions. They support each other and make a great team.

However, very disappointing, still don't know why am I given steroid lotion to try for 3 occasions for seborrheic dermatitis on the scalp when I said there's no effects. Wasn't educate on how long the steroid lotion should be used either, enquired outside and got to know steroids should only be used for 1-2weeks. However, as I was told everytime to go back and try the lotion again, I was using it more than 3 months. Just leaving the review here for new users to consider. If the steroid lotion doesn't work for u on the first time, don't use anymore. And it seems that they don't have other treatment options.

Dr Koh was very nice and knowledgeable, he had quickly diagnose my mom’s skin condition and he explained very well in mandarin and had patiently taught her how to take care of her skin and leg care . My mom felt at ease talking to Dr Koh and was very pleased with him . Price was reasonable and Clinic staff were friendly too . Very impressed with the overall experience . Highly recommend .
c	can do can on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw Dr Koh for a skin growth last year. He was caring and patient in explaining the possible causes and treatment options. I also had a biopsy done and he had good surgical skills to minimise scarring, which I am grateful for. Would look for him if I have any skin issues in the future, but touch wood.

They will explain in details b4 treating the patient and that put me at ease during the treatment. The 2 staff at the counter are helpful and accommodative. I always walk out from the clinic with a happy smile on my face. Brought my sister to the clinic after sharing my experience with her. She was happy with the visit and I can see her big happy smile too. A big thank you to the doctors and staff.
