★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to give a BIG shout-out to Ravi for having sold one of his better equipments at a very reasonable pricing for that sort of quality. His level of responsiveness, attentive listening and flexibility in understanding his customers' needs is definitely few and far in between especially in a lot of salespeople today who believes in hard selling and making a quick buck. Thank You Ravi once again, I cannot wait to jump on it =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a fanatic everyday runner but as gyms during these COVID times are either closed or a potential hazardous environment and running outdoors is putting a heavy toll on my (already worn out) knees I finally decided to buy a treadmill for home use. It didn't take long to discover and to fall in love with the Sole TT8 treadmill as it clearly sticks out amongst the crowd of treadmills offered in Singapore. It is a high performance treadmill and after recent weeks of forced outdoor running with associated knee pain I encountered zero (absolutely zero) pain once I started to run on the TT8 - I never had that before, not even with the top commercial treadmills. There are very many programs and other features on the TT8 which I am sure will please a lot of joggers/runners of all age and levels - although I am a purist and never use any programs...
But, what came as a very pleasant icing on the cake was the excellent service that I received - from initial consultation to the assembling by the delivery team. Great experience by any definition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enquired about rental while I was overseas through WhatsApp and the response was prompt & clear. When I arrived and sent to my SDF, I contacted SoleFitness again on a Sat night and they responded - my treadmill showed up on Mon. During the week, I had a message showing up on the display, I asked and was answered instantly. Then I have an unexpected shortening of SHN and again, contacted SoleFitness on a Sunday - responded and even refunded on the same day. Kudos to you and whoever that was manning the WhatsApp - very prompt and clear responses, very timely help for the "helpless" under quarantine. Equipment is good, service excellent Highly recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Inquire about availability of Rowing machine and showroom opening hours on Friday - 19 Nov 21 and was advised the opening times.
Showroom was closed on Saturday 20 Nov 21 as opposed to what was advised and they don't even have the common sense to advise me the shop will be closed on Saturday.
Opening sign was still at the "locked" door.
A pity as I was looking at purchasing the rower from them after trying out. Not going to purchase anything now given this sort of service and for taking me for a ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using the sole fitness at my home when fitted 4 years ago. Love their support thought out the years when I have issues , they prompted to rush down to attend. Lately due to pandemic, we saw delay in their shipment of part and mats we planned to fit up . Robin a great guy who come to perform fantastic job, he came lately to make up my new gym place and replace my old mat! Love it and he is the best with right attitude and patience. I would buy more from them even slightly expensive but with such great service, why not!
