Was searching around for some bbq food and this place came up with a 4.8 rating so instantly become the must give it a try excuse to go. I had to say it doesn’t live up to 4.8 scoring but the food are decent, price reasonable. The meats (both pork and beef) doesn’t have the “let’s go for another plate” feel. The ginseng chicken is on the light side, the chicken is pretty thou. Tried the kimchi-bibimyun, first time trying so not sure how it is supposed to be like. It’s a little over-sauced (sweet) and didn’t taste much of kimchi. The best dish is the seafood pancake. Although slightly oily, super crispy and I would have order another one if I’m not craving more for meats.

To speak the truth, food was okay. When we had an item missed and informed the team, one staff (China woman) started being Karen and hostile. For the record, we were totally fine as PAYING CUSTOMERS that things get missed out sometimes. Human error is inevitable. We weren’t even mad. But my Lord, how the tables turned and the China woman - owner I guess, judging from the different way she dressed - felt the compelling need to initiate an argument. Korean food with remote China village experience I guess. EDIT: The response below by the owner simply proved my point. She has the urging need to repeat, by her own interpretation, what transpired that led to the miscommunication. Basic 101 rule when working in the F&B business - when in doubt, reiterate back to the customers the full order to avoid confusion (you can thank me for teaching you this). Of course, the owner can also play the victim card, start alleging customers to be rude, and justify her aggression. You started the conflict first, if you can recall so well. I hope your business do well with an attitude like that :)

Crispiest and nicest seafood pancake i have tasted so far in Korean restaurants. Lady boss makes sure we are well taken care of and serve very quality food! Recommended!

Service was haphazard and slow. Unable to cope under minimal customer load (note, this review is still during pandemic control period, customers are much less, seating is loose to allow for social distancing.) Ordered 2 bulgolgi lunch set, which turns out to have been sold out. But was only informed 15 minutes after we ordered. Changed the order to 2 fried pork lunch set on top of the existing 2 fried pork lunch sets; eventually, only 2 sets were served. We were unfortunately not the only ones facing this issue (seated next to the cashier, hearing every complaint that other customer had voiced out) Fried pork was extremely oily; meat was disappointingly not tender. Pork gyoza was edible, but you'll find better ones anywhere than to pay that price here. Not sure if I'll ever be back here again. But judging at the food quality versus the price, I'll possibly give this a miss and eat at the food court instead.

A family business and they are so friendly I see they have return customer. I am skeptical on having Korean food as I had the best in Korea, but this is really close to Korea recipe. Delicious and my hubby loves it too, especially the beef is premium and tender. ?? pricing wise, is med to high, cos the beef is premium. Worth it! Surely I will return for the BBQ.

Lovely family-run business, you know it's gonna be authentic when you hear them speaking in Korean! The first time we came, we had Korean BBQ and came back for a second time to enjoy their warm hospitality, positive energy and yummy yummy food! ? how can I forget, their kimchi pancake is liiiiiit!!!!

Excellent service. Owners daughter was super friendly! Food was great as well. Super authentic. Personal favourite was their samyetang. Glutinous rice inside was so good and the chicken was really tender as well. Definitely coming back again!

An unexpected and very satisfying discovery for us. The restaurant is neat and clean and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered and loved the well chilled glasses for beer. We had pork belly, crispy pancake (nice and crispy on the outside yet moist to the bite), tofu soup (I really enjoyed this. Best I’ve had so far), steamed egg and beef. Their ginseng chicken looked delicious but we were too stuffed to try it.
