★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want your house to be nice at the end of the renovation, i would advise avoiding.
I have chosen them for marble flooring and ended up a disaster for my flooring:
1) Marble Tiles provided are sub quality standard.
2) Show you showroom quality but ended with DEFECTIVE tiles all over. Not just 1 piece but all over.
My advise will be if you want to deal with someone pleasant and gives you headache or someone that will give you a peace knowing what you get is what you paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting but not really inspiring. Layout seemed odd. I find Hafary a better place for viewing tiles. The tiles here are more limited but they have a good range of the cheaper tiles.

This enabled me to have a swift and decisive selection experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in the shop with no expectation. No one assisted us initially. However, i approached Vicky who assisted us and gave us a very detailed explanation of the pros and cons of certain types of tiles and had good eye for detail (lighting/tile patterns/texture). She was very knowledgeable and made very good recommendations based on our moodboard. Exemplary service compared to other tile shops i went to, even though we did not confirm anything in the end. No comments on tiles as we didn't get anything (yet).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have wider variety of tiles for car porch than other popular shops. Prices are lower too. Just that their service has room for improvement. Went to the Changi outlet, there is limited parking in front of their building.
