★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man managing the store seems very busy stacking items. did not look happy to serve me. All my questions were answered with NO And CANNOT. He gave me the vibes that nothing is possible and he just want me out of the shop ASAP so he can continue with his tasks. Never will I drop in or recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well stocked pet shop and since it’s quite well patronized the stock is generally new. Good variety of pet food and large selection of treats that are the same price as online shops. Would rather shop here than online as I can physically see what I’m buying. Owner is nice and knowledge and always willing to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner, Simon, is a very knowledgeable guy who only recommends suitable products for my pet dog who has a number of issues. The recommendations really work. Helpful and friendly and a great experience to shop with them as he has a lot to share.. He is just being straightforward and doesn’t sugar coat, which may seem as rude. I prefer an honest and real seller instead. Delivery was also very prompt. Highly recommend.

Alps natural cold salmon kibbles were sold out even on e-commerce thankfully Petfolio has stock and it expires in 2023! Thank god!!!
Person over the phone is clear and very responsible (calls you back in 2 mins when you ask for expiry date).
Patronise this shop more often

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have encountered the fastest delivery out of all my purchases on pet items. Order and deliver the same day! Price slightly expensive but it's a small price to pay for the efficiency, they delivered within the promised timeframe too, prompted and clear communication with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet store owner/staff was very rude and unfriendly. Very unpleasant experience. Will never ever come back to this store again. Furthermore, do not park at the parking lots just outside the shop even if you decide to buy something here and have lunch nearby for a short while. Someone hiding there will clamp your vehicle and demand a $200 release fee. Seems totally like a trap and scam scheme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy at your own risk. Sure, delivery is quick but trust me when I say you are better off purchasing from pet lover’s centre. Seller is negligent and won’t even ensure that your items are safely transported. My items came unprotected, like come on how much at most would it set you back by to purchase a roll of cling film seriously? Worse still, delivery person is his brother so even if the fault is not yours, I can bet you’d be told otherwise. On top of that, seller decided he could charge a different price after the order has been confirmed, and refuse my refund for an order that was CANCELLED. Super cheap and disgusting business.
