Been a customer with Astute Medical since last year, they have always delivered results and follow up with me. Love their promotions as well! I would especially like to give my thanks to Mandy and Angeline and Dr Jason, they always provide great service and advice to me Great clinic, great staff. Recommended to visit.

I had an excellent experience at Astute. As someone relatively new to laser pigmentation, everyone at Astute had been most hospitable. From Mandy who helped me organise my appointments, sending me friendly reminders, to Vera who helped to cleanse my face and explain the next steps to me clearly, to Dr Michelle who was very thorough in answering all my questions, and executed the treatment with great care and gentleness. I felt very safe and assured every step of the way. Knowing that I am in great hands. Everybody in the clinic were so kind and friendly. I'm really glad to have chosen them to help me with my laser pigmentation treatment. Thank you, Astute.

I was very pleased with my first aesthetic experience at Astute. I had chosen Dr Desmond after I read the reviews here. And I would say the reviews here are genuine. Fortunately, I had make a right choice. Firstly, Dr Desmond, Ms Vera, my Aesthetician, and Ms Merlin are very sincere people, they didn’t hard sell ,and that’s what I like. Dr Desmond is very experienced and attentive, so just give Astute a try and you will know what I am talking about. Will try to update y’all again after my next visit, if I have time.

The staff is very friendly and takes time to explain the results and ensure the treatment meets your skin concerns. What I also like that they are responsive on the phone and they respect your appointment time. I do not have to wait beyond what is required. They also explained clearly what are the possible down time for the recovery process. I had a session with Dr Jason and assisted by Giselle and Mandy on the skinbooster cocktail. The whole experience was fuss free and I definitely look forward to the next few sessions and amazing skin.

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my filler appointment on Monday afternoon at Astute Medical Aesthetics Clinic. Marilyn was very tentative and thorough on explaining with details what works on me. Mimi as well was good in handling washing my face, I felt relaxed and at ease. Good place, good staff and good doctors. Highly recommended.

My third visit to Astute yesterday. My therapist was Giselle and I like that she was gentle and knowledgeable to advise on skincare tips. She put me at ease during treatment. Try her hands! The consultant dealing with me throughout the visits is Mandy - always responsive and helpful

It was my first time doing laser treatment and I’m glad I went with Astute. My therapist, Vera, Dr Michelle and Evelyn made sure I feel comfortable during the entire process. I appreciate them answering to all my queries with patience. Kudos to them for taking the extra mile to explain every single details to me which I’ve missed out (as it was my first time). I came to Astute with apprehension after some unpleasant experience with another clinic. However I was pleasantly surprised. It’s been a couple of sessions now with Dr Desmond and my skin is ABSOLUTELY changed! I have always wanted good skin since I was in my teens but it had never been the case. So I am beyond thrilled of the result thus far!! On top of the positive result, I am very happy with the attentiveness of the account manager Merlin, in arranging the appointments as well as with follow up of the after care, being there and being able to answer questions or concerns. I appreciate the whole approach of the clinic is ‘step by step’ get what we need and no hard selling of some big packages or tons of sessions. Recently I tried cryo fat freeze and was attended by Summer and Angeline. Summer was really sweet and gentle while at Angeline was really great handling the machine and has real firm touch, which made me feel safe . Overall, I am really happy with all the staff and experience I had there. I can’t recommend it enough!!really really happy that I found Astute Clinic ?
