Lovely studio with very competent Instructors!! Highly recommended! I was diagnosed with herniated disks and had to stop my workout routine. Went for a weekly private session conducted by Ardella in this lovely studio. Rehabilitation process was quick and I feel my core strength improved significantly. Amazing work! ??????

Clean and comfortable environment to relax, focus and exercise. Julina is an amazing and patient teacher to help a robot like me. My DR is improving, posture is so much better than the past and I discovered my ankles are moving as I walked. Definitely feel more like a human with better movements after each session.

A great session with Michelle who has helped me to correct my exercise postures which I'm totally not aware of all these while! My friend recommended me to try pilates with Michelle as I had a bad case of pinched nerves from the shoulder all the way down to the arm. Within 2 sessions, my posture improved and the pain started to go. Been taking classes for over 2 months and it’s totally changed my physical posture and mental alertness of my body. I literally feel taller !

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and had difficulty finding the right positions to walk or sleep comfortably. Visited The Better Movement Studio and Julina was very professional & patient going through prenatal pilates with me, corrected my posture (like my very stiff shoulders), improved my breathing, and guided me to do appropriate stretching. Definitely helped to relieve the tension in my muscles and made me sleep better!

Michelle is amazing at what she does. Having been referred to her by my physiotherapist for recovery/rehab, I am almost pain free ( I have two slipped discs on my L3/L4 and L4/L5 is torn with early stages of spinal stenosis, have been dealing with chronic back pains that worsened over the years every time I try to workout or accidentally exert myself physically) and have gained more strength and mobility, feeling better than I have ever felt in years. Michelle knows the body very well and is able to improvise the exercises according to my pain/comfort levels. She facilitates my movement and articulates instructions in a way that is easy to understand and remember. And I feel so much relief with each session that I always look forward to the next. Thanks for the amazing work, Michelle!

I have a degenerated disc at L4-L5 and was recommended by my chiropractor to start on Pilates lessons to strengthen my core. I was then referred to Michelle by 2 of my friends who are students of hers. Michelle is an amazing instructor and has helped me tremendously with strengthening my core and building my awareness of my posture and the muscle groups I use and my pain is now occasional and very manageable. Kudos to Michelle for helping me get so far!

She is amazing at understanding the body and mind connection, after the first few sessions, am feeling lighter and taller :) With her guidance, am able to get my own tool kit, to make sure I stay pain free!!
