★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the second time that I bought my havaianas here and in last then 6 months they broke already. The employee did say if you have your recipe you can come back to the store. I come back with the recipe and they do nothing with it. So unfriendly and never again havaianas

The staff at havaianas bugis junction, are really good and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good range of Havaianas flip flops. Living in Singapore you need a pair. Previously I tried a bunch of cheap ones, but they didn't last long and were not as comfortable as my Havaianas are. That being said I got white ones and the soles turn yellowish with time, while the top stays white. Once you put them on you can barely see the sole, but it's something that I've noticed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of Havaianas slippers. It was only functional for 1 year and the rubber part between the big toe and index toe snapped. I came to know that there is a change in management in Brazil which caused simple post-purchase services to come to a halt. Previously, there was good repair service for my Havaianas when the rubber piece snapped. Unfortunately now they don’t provide this service and the durability and quality of the slippers dropped severely. Think twice before making your next or new purchase, unless you have the purchasing power to get expensive slippers that do not last and that you are ready to accept that management team that doesn’t value about post service and feedback as much as you wish them to.
