★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refused to rent to me since my Singapore driver's license was only issued in Sep 2017 despite showing proof of 19+ years driving experience through my previous UK driver's license. Basically they want you to show 2 years driving experience in Singapore, however if everyone followed their rule of not renting to newly arrived foreigners then these foreigners wouldn't even be able to drive during those 2 years, hence the 2 years rule becomes highly questionable/random/idiotic. Luckily there are other rental agencies that use common sense...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very reliable company to work with - the staff are all very attentive, helpful and they're willing to accommodate customer requests. Most recent experience is that they gave me a service car while they fix my car's faulty ac. When I finally got my car again, I forgot my phone mount on the service vehicle.
The following working day, they sent me the mount right away with a very cheerful smile on their face. Bob's the name of the guy who brought me the mount. Keep up the good work, ComfortDelGro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly and helpful during register time, servicing timing was reasonable short.
Petrol wise not much cheaper then outside especially if you are driving phv with the discount offer by the app companies.
Main problems is that office alway seem short handed, now in my day 17 of accident and no one can advise me when my vehicle will be ready.
No replacement vehicle of similar categories was provided to me
