β β β β β I paid $100 (car seat deep clean + door to door delivery) on May 20 and itβs been more than 10 days and nobody has followed up to schedule pick up/deliver time.
Iβm disappointed and upset that all my inquiries on WhatsApp, email and Instagram DM have been ignored.

β β β β β Decided to schedule a deep clean session for my baby carrier after using it for about 6 months. This is my first time engaging their services, booking a time slot was easy and fuss free, and my carrier smells really nice as well. The price was reasonable for a same day wash (drop off and pick up). Will schedule time to clean my baby stroller soon.

β β β β β This is the second time hiring Sparkle Cleanβs cleaning services. My toddler vomited on the car seat and it needed urgent cleaning. Sparkle clean is always eager to help and did the cleaning on the same day. Will always go back to them!

β β β β β Had a bad experience with Sparkle Clean at Harbourfront (11 Jul, 3.20pm) as I was greeted by an unprofessional staff there who showed us a βblack faceβ when we approached him to ask if we can send our stroller & car seat there for cleaning. It states online that βIt's not compulsory to make an appointment for the cleaning of your car seat/stroller, and we accept walk-ins.β We were being rejected rudely straightaway as we didnβt make any appointment and not being told the reason. We would appreciate if your staff can reject us nicely and tell us whatβs the right procedure to do rather rejecting us in an unprofessional way. And for that reason, Iβve decided to head to PramWash which is located at Vivo (B2). Even thou their price is higher than Sparkle Clean, I donβt mind a higher price since they have better customer service. With that, I would strongly discourage people to send your items to Sparkle Clean for cleaning. Thank you.

β β β β β Did a deep clean for my single Doona stroller and i must say that i am extremely pleased with the end result. They sent photos of the cleaning via whatsapp to me to show what are the areas that are cleaned; a sign of transparency which i am sure hard to obtain these days. I was served my Lloyd who handled the service professionally. I suggest would be customers to contact them before coming to ensure short waiting time. Cheers!

β β β β β Had a wonderful experience at Sparkle Clean @ HarbourFront! Sent our car seat for a deep clean session and we immediately noticed the difference. The staff was detailed and explained to us what has been done and even did us a favour and provided tips on how we should maintain our stroller! Best thing is, we didnβt even send our stroller for cleaning and what he did was definitely an extra service. Definitely recommend Sparkle Clean to anybody that wishes to get their car seat / strollers cleaned!

β β β β β I contacted them through whatsapp for their ultimate clean service of my stroller, and their replies were very prompt. The staff was courteous in their messages, and provided constant updates on the delivery and cleaning as well. They even took pic of the cleaning process! Overall, I'm very satisfied with their services. :)
