Dr.Jonathan Liu treated me n my friend today for scaling , polishing & fluoride treatment.Cleaning was spot on. Very nice experience. Didn't feel any pain which I experienced with other clinics . Highly recommend him. Thanks ?

Customer service is good and has not much concern. Doc Johnathan Liu is a skillful and cool dentist. I have been follow him since then he started his own clinic in the west area. I am a person with very low pain threshold and always have fear for dental appointment. He is able to handle with care to his patient. I don't feel any uncomfortable when he did the wisdom tooth extraction, scaling and polishing. .

I read the reviews that this clinic was good and kids dentistry is one of the services they provide. The clinic was nice and the staff were very friendly. Short waiting time. Expected to see a doctor who is good with children but I was so wrong. Dr Joel Huang said my 8 yr old is too active and he is reluctant to extract the tooth out. That I understand he probably does not want to create a bad experience on his first visit. What I could not accept was that not much effort was put in to build the trust which is very important for children, so that they will be more receptive for future visits. If you are looking for a passionate loving dentist for children, i will not recommend this clinic.

Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Joel is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well.

I had a scale and polish with zoom whitening. Everything was explained clearly by the reception desk staff and Dr Lynette Ng. I was happy with the results. I always appreciated their flexibility with appointment time changes due to work commitments.

Thanks to my Dental Hygienist, Joel Huang for being patient on doing thorough clean and work on my teeth. I highly recommended him especially for first timer on getting their teeth and gums check in Singapore.

I had a very bad experience with the reception manager, Maria at the Paragon outlet. I had enquired about making the final payment of my dental treatment after my sedative surgery. As I would be the last patient before clinic closes and I will be picked up by my daughter (a student) and as I would still be somewhat groggy after surgery, I asked if my sis-in-law can come in to make the balance of the payment and to allow 10-15 mins in case she is held up by the urgent meeting she had that afternoon. I had already made the deposit sum as well as in the process of making the advance payment for the IV Sedation. She adamently insisted that the clinic has to close by 5 pm and she cannot accommodate. As the next day will be a Sun, I also enquired the possibility of making full payment on Mon by giving a letter of confirm payment as well as IC details of my sister-in-law. Throughout the conversation, Maria kept interrupting my conversation and rattled on and on about the SOPs without actively listening or understanding what I had to say. I kept repeating myself 3 times while she kept cutting me off abruptly and voicing her SOPs continuously. I then asked her to seek approval from her management but she refused to do so as she insisted that she is the manager in charge and have to follow SOPs. After my insistence, she reluctantly said she will try to ask management's approval. The matter was then later resolved by the management. There is obvious lack of empathy and care on the service staff, Maria. I then decided to cancel further treatments from Dental Studio. As I am a first time customer, I am greatly disappointed with the current service quality and will visit another dental clinic.

My visit to The Dental Studio was really pleasant, the ambience is very comfortable. The price was reasonable too. The doctors were very considerate, asking if I’m cold, do I need a blanket? Will be visiting again.
