His treatment program really helps a lot during the post-op recovery journey as he is able to recommend the most optimal exercises to speed up the recovery and strengthen my muscles. He’s also certified in acupuncture!

Apart from ensuring the treatment plan is carried out systematically and efficiently, he patiently explains the treatment and always provide helpful and useful tips to ensure a smooth recovery. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Jonathan. I've visited him many times and have recommended my family and friends with confidence. I know he will deliver. Jonathan is always able to isolate the problem areas and release the tension in my muscles effectively. I am always relaxed even when he cracks my neck because I trust I am in good hands. If you don't want to waste time trying many different physios, just go to Jonathan once and you will see what I mean! Blessings!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I consulted Jonathan after being diagnosed with sciatica. He helped prepare a program which has now become part of my daily routine and I've not felt the pain ever since. I also informed Jonathan about my hip dislocation from several years ago and the occasional pain that recurs. Despite this not being the primary reason for consultation, Jonathan was kind enough to create a program for lower body strengthening, which has also been helpful in alleviating the pain. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the well being of his patients.

Besides fixing up my muscle injuries with easy-to-do exercises, Jonathan also explained how these exercises worked in a simple and understandable manner. Besides exercises, he also taught me how to apply pressure to sore areas with the massage gun - great for DIY muscle recovery.
Would definitely recommend Jonathan to anyone who require physio services!

He actually helped to release the tight muscles with massage techniques and taught me exercises to strengthen my weaker side. After seeing him for 3 months, my condition improved so much. I won’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who need assistance in their recovery.

Jonathan is very friendly and welcoming - from my first appointment.
For every physio session I went to, Jonathan was very professional in all that he did.
He diagnosed my problem quickly and followed through with some good muscle strengthening exercises which allowed me to have a quick and effective recovery.
During the exercises, he was excellent at explaining what he was doing at all times.
I certainly valued the tips he gave me on how to prevent further problems that were tailored to my sport.
Convenient location, easy booking system, good customer service, promptness of appointment time and excellent physio support. Highly recommended.
