What a treat to find this friendly group of bike lovers at Specialized Binjai!! Ansley (u can’t miss him - he’s 6’4”) took loving and painstaking care over installing new Supacaz for my handlebars, and replacing my inner tubes. He gave the bike a once-over and adjusted what he thought needed doing, all while we swapped some great story sharing and laughs. Knowledgeable service at reasonable prices. Best of all - super people!!

My impression of Specialized T3 at Binjai had transformed entirely with the kind assistance, superb services and super helpful sales personnel Malvin. He is not only highly approachable but goes all the way to help me solve my issues whenever I needed help in one way or the other. Malvin is certainly the epitome of super sales service for all the help he had rendered to me. He is really an asset to the T3 as he has no airs at all just a willing heart to go all the way for his customers. Specialized Binjai is also well stock with everything you need for cycling stuff. What’s even better is that you can just display your T3 sticker (you will get one pasted on your bike when you buy from them) and you can visit one of the three Specialized stores across the country for help. Do look them out if you need anything and I am sure you will agree with my review. Keep up the great sales service Specialized Binjai and also keep up the enthusiasm Malvin. You been great!

Awesome service. Got a recall for my SL7. I expected will be a long wait when I made booking but was immediately called to send my bike the next day.. Job done on the same day.. Great guy great company

Very satisfied with their service and friendliness. Everyone is very passionate and helpful. Shout out to Dave and Ryan for helping us with bike fit, accessories, cycling attire and giving us plenty of advise and tips. Bought our first entry level road bike here and it was an enjoyable experience! Highly recommended! Kudos to the rest of the team for assisting us along the way!

Amazing after-sales service by Specialized Binjai Crew! 5 stars! Went there for a tune up 1yr after I bought my bike from the same place. I am impressed with their attention and quick action despite visiting at a busy time. Their expertise and nice attitude were a standout and worth the price I paid for the bike. I definitely recommend this bike shop for both beginners and pros! Hope to be back here when it’s time for an upgrade!

Very pleased with the service of my road bike. The senior guy in the workshop has experience and expertise which he shares freely. This builds confidence that the work will be done to a high standard. When I went to collect the bike there was a minor issue that needed to be addressed. They immediately jumped on it. I’m a very happy shopper at Specialized Binjai. I have bought a couple of unsuitable gears after visiting so many other shops only to now check out Specialized and finally confidently buy the right ones that fit comfortably. The crew there are experienced, understands, communicates well and provided excellent assistance. They exude good energy and their place feels really welcoming. I thought this place was only for the Pros. I think I have been helped to choose wisely and now have got quality gear ??. I’m therefore a fan of Specialized - Great thanks to the crew at Binjai.
