Guy gave me the wrong prescription contact lens. :/

Unhelpful staff, poor service recovery :(

Very disappionted with their limited range for frames. Ultra disappionted with their after-sale customer services. They are focus on their "sale" than satisfy cutstomer needs and requirement. With their price and that attitude , I could have go to OWNSDAYs which is opposite them. Lastly, m shall not referral my company for their safety spectales again.

Serve other customer first as they were easier. Waiting half an hour for my receipt and payment to capture other businesses while mine was captured as already selected lens.

Years back the service was great. The staff were two ladies then. Hence I came back and visit again around 2021 year end - year 2022 to buy contact lenses from them. But now, feel that the service standard has dropped drastically probably due to different staff. Had one side of a pair of contact lens spoilt when I just open and tried to call to obtain a replacement. Guy said he will check with supplier and call me back. I waited for some time and called the shop to ask about the status. The guy said oh supplier usually won’t replace if it’s only one side. Left me wondering why he never call me to update this as what he had promised and just left me waiting for an answer. The guy also keep telling me no customers will come back to request for replacement for one side only. Well, to you it’s nothing, but to a customer, we paid for the goods and expect better, at least an attempt from the shop to exchange the faulty goods, no matter how insignificant it might seem to you. Never encounter before doesn’t mean such a situation won’t exist in this world… Insincere service and not going to patronise ever again!!! Do NOT recommend. Period.
