Best Fast food restaurant in Singapore

K	Kalopsia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst MOS burger fast food chain I have ever experienced. Firstly, manager of the restaurant said sitting in wasn’t allowed as it was closing time. It was 9.10pm. Restaurant closes at 10pm. Secondly, waiting time for food was close to 20 minutes when there was literally no one in the restaurant. When food was ready, you’re then greeted by a stuck up and sarcastic attitude staff who prepares the food near the counter. Ordered $35 worth of food (3 burgers, 15 butterfly prawns, 1 fries meal) and he slapped 2 chilli sauce sachets with pleasure into the meal and asked sarcastically if “it was enough”. One of the orders was wrongly sent. Food temperature also tasted like it just came out of the refrigerator despite the long gruesome wait. Despite all these that happened, manager still insisted that she and her staff did not do anything wrong and kept making up excuses. Do yourself a favour, don’t bother visiting there and giving yourself brain tumor ?

As above, when ur meat patty is hard n dry, let to say it is also smallest among all the fast food burgers. 4. The queue system here in seletar mall is one of the worst. Anyone can just cut queue. 5. Service attitude of the Chinese guy with glasses. I ask him which bag is my number and order. He told me is all there and find it myself. This will cause cross food contamination if one person has to touch, open and search all the bags. 6. The two soups I ordered are so watery! 7. I ask the same guy where are chillis, he get 2 packets for me but he threw it on the table and left. Some gracious customer service MOS burger is providing! Get this right, we don't deserve this unacceptable and unprofessional service standards!

Let me brief about it… ok I love eating mos burger because of their fish burger buttt the queue is extremely long and I realised one thing the order displace 1012 1014 3400… but didn’t seem moving than they give all the orders for grab food ? NEVER COME THIS FAST FOOD RESTURANT AGN RATHER GO OTHER OUTLET!!!guyss don’t come this place?
S	Suely Dantas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is how the burger came. It was cold, squished and the bun was not even the type the usually comes with the Cheesy Wagyu burger. I’ve bought a few times from this store and something is always missing or comes wrong.
C	Covered henry18 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is nice when it's fresh, but the wait a bit long during peak hr But some customers order takeaway and eat-in or sometimes eat very messily, need someone to clean up recently I've been seeing some comments about the customer service being bad, while I don't know your personal situation I've seen the staff trying their best to keep up with a crowd comparable to macdonalds on some days, and because their kitchen is easily visible, I can see that the amount of staff I have is probably half of what the macdonalds nearby has but is still able to keep up on most of the days I was eating there. if you are going to complain about the food being bad or the service being slow at times, introduce someone to start work there instead of just dissing without understanding their circumstances
W	Wesley Xu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mos Burger has always been one of my favourite fast food so glad to have one within walking distance from my home. Like the outlet which was brightly lit while the food was consistently good as well. Can't forget the iced tea (milk or lemon).
T	TravelwithEsty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if the Burger has lots of sauce (Mayo), the potatoes patty makes it very dry and hard to swallow, or maybe it is the bread? First time trying that fast food chain and I am not a big fan. The fries are also very dry and not crispy. It is ok to eat but definitely not savoury dish. I wont order again.
