★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. Her name is Julie. The lady at the counter scolded other customers when they asked if they can order. She was just ignoring them and the customers were standing for more than 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food and order deliver by deliveroo. After receiving realise that the Hershey sundae Pie is missing. Call the mall number to inform them but nobody pickup the call for almost 2 hours. This is disappointing as my favorite is the pie. Needless to say I spend extra.6
80 for 2 items but only receive 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i went seletar mall burger king. The outlet looks clean and makes me feel comfortable to dining.I allergic to pickle. I forget to inform first. During collect my order i request the manager (yaga) to void the pickles. With small smile she ask me to go dining and she said will bring my burger to my table. then she ask her crew to prepare a new burger for me. The way she approach customers looks great. keep it up girl and thanks for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 counter staff to take orders, pack takeaways and handle dine-in food and that is why my order took so long. Can't even blame the poor staff trying her best to settle all the orders.
Please go and take a look at other fast food outlets at Seletar Mall and look at the staff and efficiency they have as compared to yours.
I definitely won't patronise for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [HYGIENIC ISSUE] Ordered a set on grabfood Burger King and found out lots of white hair in my kakiage angus beef burger ? the Angus doesn’t even taste like beef. it is inadmissible and I didn’t even get a refund from Grabfood ! Poor quality I don’t recommend and wont order anymore!
