I ordered a Study Desk from Lazada on 24th, delivery date indicated is by 25th-26th because stock is in SG. Contacted them, was inform the delivery date is not committed by the company. Need to wait 2 weeks at least. Alternatively, self collect at Woodland Close between 12-6pm. False advertisement. Let's hope I get to collect tomorrow. Sigh.
A	Annoir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the delivery a bit late due to delivery overload, I am truly satisfied overall despite those bad reviews I read. Base on my personal experience all you need to do is just a little bit of patience will do. I am amazed by the the assistance rendered by their customer service officer, they promised me the item will be delivered in a weeks time and they did, item delivered as described with full wrapping, hey thanks for all your hard effort really appreciate. Shop with confidence trust me ?????

You chopping wood now to instal and make the the table is it? There is no cancellation as well!!! Lazada only advise to reject goods upon arrival and wait for refund. Equally poor rating. Poor response on reply, pushing it to delivery. If you cannot feature ready stocks don't label your company as local. Even China order would have already arrive. I am so livid now. Leaving it comments here as my therapy and to warn others to be very very careful.

I chased the seller multiple times on delivery status but every single time, the seller gave empty promises and refused to commit to exact delivery date and time. It makes me wonder whether they are selling real or fake goods. I have called Lazada to lodge a complaint. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
J	John Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a computer chair from them without any specification about the material for the chair legs. After 5 months of usage, the chair's leg starts to crack. I called them and they told me that for the weight of the user, this kind of material is not suitable. Then in the 1st place, in the advertisement photo, why put a stainless steel leg in the photo and then delivered a different material chair leg to us? And no option to choose too. And now ask us to bring the chair to their "service centre" @ woodlands to get repair on our own expenses. If ask their guy to come onsite to replace, need to pay $30. If you are looking for a lousy product, you can look for them. If you want to waste your money anyhow, go and buy their product.

Once you ordered from them at Lazada platform, no news from them. No delivery date, you have to wait and wait and wait. When asked for cancellations, they just reply ok and then no action has been taken.
X	Xin Yi Chock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i can rate the store, i would have given it a 0 rating. I ordered a black full mesh chair back on 19 October and till 2 Nov the chair has yet to be delivered. I was told it was a ready stock. Is this even a reasonable wait for a ready stock? Nvm about this, i am ready to let it slide but the lack of updates on the delivery status is the part that annoys me. Everytime i msg the boss of the shop to check in on the status, i was told the chair will arrive end of the week. 2 weeks have past with no sight of my chair. And the icing on the cake, their customer service is non-existent. He was rude, and super full of excuses for the delay. Riteng shop, word of advice. Dont bite off more than you can chew and overpromise. If anyone wants a unpleasant shopping experience, u can find it there at Riteng. otherwise better off spending your money at other shops.

Take a look on the state of the legs! I probably will get a used table in a better condition than this.
