Asked for 57lbs, was told takes a week, when went for collection, strings are so loose, I can move every one of them with a pinky to 1cm up and down and sideways. Had to argue to prove it's loose while he kept saying I donno how to check and later blamed the machine., finally he agreed to re-do. Just tighten here and there, made me do another trip for collection.
$30, restring with uneven and poor tension, waited 2 weeks.
