W	William Lou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited few times but also few times went back because it was overcrowded. The recent visit was ok. It was not crowded. There are many testing site however, must be careful walking there. It happened to me that a customer was swinging the bat like 360 degrees and almost hit me. It was big store and I purchased the item with the app. It was ok but to go out scanning the QR process is a bit confusing. I think there is no cashier for this store, I didn't see them around here. The app wasn't really working well for other store. I tested Novena store and my card was charged 3 times without a successful one order and I needed to go to the counter to make a purchase.

Weekends here feature a massive queue to get in that snakes around the corner in the blazing heat with next to zero protection from the sun. (Don’t worry, ambulances are standing by though!)
J	Julia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ checked from website and unbelievable price for small backpack. decided to visit the shop personally today. totally impressed with all you need for hiking items. the down side was the backpack quality not look the same from website but price @ S$4 only so acceptable. Nobody at the fitting room area to guide, therefore didn’t manage to get any shorts.

Store is very spacious, however recommend to visit on weekdays because the crowds come in droves on the weekends.

Collected my bike almost when decathlon was closing he was super helpful with setup of the bike and didn't mind helping to install any additional items I wanted or adjust the seat. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for one of the staff who was super unfriendly who thought I was stealing items.
L	Lia W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were testing bikes outside of the test zone when the Decathlon staff asked us to “please only test inside the test zone”. While I understand that Decathlon has segregated a zone to test bikes, the space is poorly managed with children treating it as a playground; NOT TESTING BIKES BUT using it as their personal cycling track. How can an adult test their bikes there with the children all inside that narrow space? Management, if you want to have a zone, please only let those who are serious about testing the bikes ride there. Alternatively, have a separate area for kids to play. Best of both worlds. Didn’t expect such poor service from Decathlon, an international brand no less.

There are other stores but this one is so huge with ample parking. There are 1000s products on display and the best part is most of them can be tested. Unlike other big brands, Decathlon doesn't put a hole in the wallet. Without compromising the quality they give the best ones. Head to the store during the weekday and enjoy the experience.

Paid a reasonable $5 fee (excluding pedal cost) for the replacement service. Pedal was purchased online for collection at the store. Really convenient. Tuned the bike for free as well. Great job!
