When you try to give stupid reasons or not willing to serve, then stop your business. Tell your guys do not act arrogant. I rather buy elsewhere or order from overseas. Be humble and treat your customers like friends, you will be respected and supported

The other staff were still ok but there’s no need for such arrogance and unprofessionalism as a service staff.

When I finally approached one of them asking for the availability of a boot, he took really long to check, only to tell me that there was none. Didn't bother to follow up, and when I asked for similar boots, he was visibly irritated and pointed to another general area before walking away.

Yesterday went down to Vivocity outlet (cause only this outlet still have the name set) to get my England player name set and Euro Patch etc. Upon reaching home, realized that the Euro Patch is not align with the jersey, the patch is way at the back when i wear the jersey. Called them up and ask them what to do, they told me they don't have the solution to repatch thus was very disappointed because i wanted to wear this jersey for the semi this week. Straight away i remember Weston Corp at KWM and make my way down at 8.45pm (They are closing at 9pm). After telling them my issue, the 2 counter staffs immediately help me to repatch it and also told me how to clean up the old patch marking. Thumb up for Weston Corp - Kallang Wave Mall staffs! A happy customer is a returning customer!

I would like to commend on the fantastic service which has left a good impression on the store. Despite being asked to change the boot 14 different times, he tries his best to serve with a smile and promptly got to work. The variety of boots and jerseys are so extensive and so very nicely placed. I wished I had asked for his name to point him out to the board for his excellent service. 5/5

Probably the most extensive in Singapore. Standard jerseys are at normal rates but they do regularly carry off-season items as well at fantastic prices. Customization of jersey printing also available here. Staff are very helpful and attentive. They themselves are hardcore fans so its always an enjoyable time engaging with them! Weston has multiple outlets islandwide but this is my favorite due to the layout, stocks availability and staff!
