The way the whole clinic is run is like a money grabbing corporation. Unfortunately, not a true medical centre that places care above profit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im truely baffled by all the stellar Google reviews here. I wonder if the clinic had paid for them.
Personally, I had a terrible experience at this practice today. The staffs were disrespectful of my time. I had a noon appointment and walked out at 1.08pm without getting seen.
4 staffs we're on duty at the reception today (2 in uniforms, and others were in disco outfits). However, not one of them had inform me that there's been a delay as Dr. Stanley was in an urgent conference before my appointment and had caused this delay/pushback of my appointment.
When questioned the staff on status of my scheduled appointment, I was just told to sit and wait. Upon probing further on the reason for Dr unavailability, was told that "Dr was called to assist in another operation."
While I don't have any issue with the Dr and his professionalism in attending to urgent & priority cases, I was treated very rudely by the front desk. I don't think they have the training they need.

The surgery was performed without delay and the post recovery was smooth and painless. Dr Stanley’s vast experience and efficient treatment made for a really seamless and assuring experience. I highly recommend his clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Stanley is an exceptional doctor. I visited him for the purpose of tonsil removal, and also mentioned that my nose was always blocked on one side. He was patient, provided an accurate diagnosis of my breathing issues, and told me how he can fix it altogether with the tonsil surgery. The surgery went smoothly and he resolved all the issues I had!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Stanley is the cool calm sort of persona you want in a Surgeon. I saw Stanley for a chronic blocked nose issue. He ordered an allergy test and a scope to reveal the issue. Recommended me ways to manage it long term and/or possible surgical option.
Took me some time and I finally decided on the surgery option. Surgery went really well and I'm happy now that I experience a normal breathing process since (literally) a decade.
Clinic nurses are helpful in all the administrative steps needed and their kind reminders via WhatsApp a day before any appointment is a plus.
Price wise, do expect private clinic charges for what I'd consider a very high level of clinical care. You really get what you pay for.
