Ordered a drink on Starbuck's app and arrived to see 2 employees juggling Grabfood, Foodpanda, Starbucks app, walk-in customers, drink making, packing, and warming up food. They were so busy while more orders kept coming in. They also had to make sure people were taking away the right orders while fielding questions from the Grabfood delivery men.
Order placed 12:47pm, arrived at West Mall at 13:00, received order at 13:09.
Please treat your employees better. This review is not criticism towards the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went to this branch and ordered my drink. I've waited so long.. not even busy.. this guy not wearing a name plate.. he's the one assigned to blender.. got some attitude aswell.. like I owe him money.. not like the other starbucks staffs are more friendly and having good vibes..
Since I didn't get his name I ordered today
(May 4 - 3:25) hope this one can help.. starbucks is a very good cafe doesn't deserve a bad review.. its just the guy having attitude problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ suggest not to use the starbucks mobile order here. clicked for 20 mins, went to checked with the staff and she merely said they didn't see the order. thereafter then started to work on my order after i expressed my displeasure. thank god I approached them, else my drinks probably won't come till 2024. and clearly, they served everyone else who ordered after me via other platforms like grab and what not. horrible service. will pass next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a Starbucks! Place is situated in ground level of Westmall and sports approximately 50 seats. Opens daily till 1030pm. Menu was standard and service crews were polite. Place was spacious, clean, and fully air-conditioned.
