★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bald Spectacled staff around 1.6m was very rude to us and told us to “wrap it up!” in a rude manner even clapping his hands loudly even though we were merely for 2 hours and there were many vacant seats around. Poorest staff my girlfriend and i have seen in a starbucks as other starbucks such as the changi airport branch were very calm and kind, inviting us to come back when the traffic died down. I never ever give reviews but im here to warn potential cafe goers that this place has very bad customer service. Definitely do consider other cafes nearby such as Huggs or just a different location alrtogether!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if this was just a mistake but twice on occassion the coffee given in a venti cup that I ordered, nearly 1/3 of it was all froth of the coffee.
In regards to the place itself, there's ample of seating and the tables are sanitized regularly (which I've noticed). Good place for those wfh to patron often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one specific staff member who was bald, spectacled and around 1.6m was unnecessarily rude. He was wearing a red shirt with no name tag. Judging from the other reviews, he might be ‘Tracey’.
He chased a few people out including my boyfriend and I, when there were others whom had stayed longer than we have. He even told us to ‘Wrap it up!’ while walking past another couple (right next to us) who were occupying seats for longer than we did.
I get that seats are limited and hence a time limit is placed, but its a tad bit unfair and frustrating to be chased out when there are others who have stayed way longer than we did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable place to chill. Friendly staff, like most Starbucks. This outlet is not overly crowded on weekdays which is a major plus for me. However, some of the cakes tend to be a bit dry. E.g. the Tiramisu I had today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is relatively new, and let me just say I am HERE FOR IT. I absolutely love love love the atmosphere, it's a super cool place to just chill and study/catch up with friends as it usually isn't too crowded and they have plenty of tables too.
The staff here are super friendly, probably some of the nicest I've ever encountered among various other Starbucks outlets I've been to, so that's a huge plus point.
Nothing too unique about the food/drink offerings here since it's pretty much consistent across all Starbucks outlets in Singapore, but most of what they have tastes quite good in my opinion.
Probably my new favorite outlet, you can be sure I'll be frequenting this spot from now on. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a slow afternoon, the shop was almost empty. Nice setup, very pleasant. The bartender was so cute. And so kind. And friendly. Greeted me in and gave me a paper bag bag for my books. Wish he’d give me his number too, but perhaps I’m asking for too much. The coffee also nicely prepared with regal late art and all, unlike other Starbucks where the barista don’t even bother anymore.

Food and drink are whatever you expect from a Starbucks
It's such a nice place to sit, relax and just shut off for that little bit.
