Came here again to spend the afternoon and chill out. Can be crowded.
Was here for an afternoon coffee. Tried the chicken pie and white chocolate mocha. It was a good choice and combination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a number of birds were eating leftover food inside of Starbucks east point. After informing the staff that there were birds in their shop, they seemed unhappy to be alerted to chase the birds away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mornings are usually pretty crowded, so I opted to escape the line by purchasing using their app. I placed my order and waited for my drink to arrive. After the barista took three more orders and served them at the counter, they began making my drink. I told the barista that I should have waited in line and ordered at the counter. What's the use of ordering through the app if the order is never followed? Anyway, my drink has arrived, and I am thoroughly enjoying it. Cheers! On the side… their phone keeps ringing but no one picks up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to rest and chill as its not a very crowded mall. Staff are usually quite friendly. I was having a little absent mind when ordering and only realised i ordered latte instead of frapp, so i quickly asked if i could change. Luckily the order was not yet done and the staff helped to change it promptly. Good!

I have always enjoyed patronising at this outlet for meetings and some quiet time. The staff are always friendly and joyful. I am appreciative that some of them even remember my name.
