Went to take order in the midst of preparing our icecream. Insane... waited 20 mins for a banana split.. its as though the ice cream needs to be cooked before serving
I	Irene Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in cos we didn’t know what to eat, and there was no queue here. Looks like a fast food place. Waffles was not too bad, light and crispy. Ice cream was thick. Popcorn chicken is so so, glad that it came with nacho cheese. Coffee is horrible, has a real weird aftertaste and it’s bitter.

The batter of the waffles are not sweet which makes them very easy to eat . The waffles are also very light so it easy for one person to manage . If only the ice creams were more decently priced. Having said that - service here is always friendly and helpful :) Really appreciate that .
S	Shane Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time was extremely long. I was definitely disappointed by the ice cream. I was expecting more flavor given its price but it was just sweet. The only thing that tasted good was the Oreos in the cookies and cream ice cream. Overall, I think if you have a sweet tooth and are willing to pay, I would suggest coming here. Otherwise, there are 100% better ice cream places.

We patronize your outlet many times and thought should bring it up since its not the first time. The management should have a talk with her. Its not a complaint just a constructive feedback. Better customer service = more customers. Thank you Everyone.
C	Caroline C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream wasn’t that good, their peanut flavour literally tasted like plain peanut butter was mixed with vanilla. When served, the ice cream was already melted- despite being served in a chilled bowl. Not sure if it’s the ice cream, or their chiller is not cold enough. Overall ambience is cool and airy for the outdoor area if you’re looking for a place to chill and chat with a friend.

I got to pick the flavor of ice cream and the syrup - maple or chocolate. The staff was helpful and friendly in explanation and recommendations. The service was fast too but the ice cream was soft and a bit melted already by the time it arrived on my table. But it’s ok, I just had to eat fast. The combination of muddy buddy with Oreo bits and milo powder is actually sugar overdose and too sweet for one person to consume. It’ll be fine if there’s 2-3 people sharing. Overall it’s a tasty fluffy warm waffle with delicious ice cream. I chose Irish mocha, it was chocolatey with chocolate chunks and a bit of Irish creme taste. I liked it. Don’t mind trying another flavor next week.

The waffle was very thin (compared to the one we tried at poppy pops) and the ice cream just tasted sweet, not flavorful. I was expecting the vanilla gelato scoop to taste more like vanilla, but it just tasted sweet.
