I visited this store most because it's near to my home. But the more I visit, the more I found different barista styles performed with same drinks. Every time I order brewed coffee with breve milk, I can only guess what I am expected as the variation is so huge.

Got the 50th year anniversary cup @ this outlet. Didnt know that it actually has 2 designs to choose from!

A small outlet that boast potential given the right elements of service, ambience and PR. Greeting is a standard operating procedure. However, if ONE would to think that she have accomplished wonders especially while uttering "Good Morning" in a monotonous way with what followed was a nonchalant answer (not to mention an unaccurate take of the said product) to a question pertaining one of their products, I pity the many who have came here before me and had to experience such incompetence.

Please order with caution. I've ordered from this outlet a few times and despite giving chances to try again, there is always a problem with my order. First my chai tea latte came as only milk. Next my Americano with extra ice came with no ice. Today my Americano ristretto is so bitter it's like I'm drinking medicine. The staff are likely overwhelmed and prone to mistakes but fair warning, you're likely going to have issues with your order from this outlet especially via delivery.

Love it! A early morning of having the smell of coffee... A Starbucks outlet having wi/wiout aircon. I was lucky to get a seat inside as the seat area inside is limited (only 5 seats). But there are more seats at the outside *if u don’t mind sitting at a non-aircon area. Enjoyed the smooth music while having my breakfast. Only if I could spend a day here. =p

A lot of respect and gratitude towards the service staff at this outlet! They went beyond their responsibilities just to ensure a satisfactory experience for just every customer. I had redeemed a free cold cup voucher at this store, but they happened to be out of stock, which wasn't even their fault. But they went through different methods to resolve the issue like contacting other outlets to find the available stock, and bringing the stock over to this outlet for me to pick it up the next day. A small mishap happened but they ended up even sending the cup down to my place after their working hours and gave me a free voucher apologising for the delay. It really wasn't necessary and out of their job scope even, for them to go until this extent and it also must have been troublesome for them to make all the arrangements for me but they were never once rude or unhappy to serve, but was very polite throughout the entire situation. I really really appreciate their professionalism and service. Thank you so much to the manager who arranged this, the staff who made a special trip down to my place after their shift and everyone who was troubled in the process of this. So sorry and thank you to everyone on the team! :)

Staff n service is good. Not many seats in this cafe, more suitable for takeaways.

new review for 27 jun: 1star. the staff named acecah (not sure the spelling cos only managed to steal a quick look) was vy unfriendly. she was at the counter looking dwn writing some stuff and did not notice me until awhile later. when she finally saw me, she did not greet me or ask like 'may i help u'?, so i had to ask her "can i order"? she then asked me what i want and i said i wanted to redeem my reward. den i scan my SB card and she impatiently asked me which reward? she was also singing pretty loudly at the counter. i think she portrayed a bad image for this outlet and gave me a vy bad experience. review for may-5stars : staff were great, polite n prompt :)
