★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really disappointed with the terrible products and service. We ordered a hot chocolate (mentioned in the receipt: dark chocolate) and soy decaf cappuccino (mentioned in the receipt: cappuccino).
When I picked up the coffee, straight away I knew that something wrong with the coffee. It's really really light, seemed the froth didn't do well. I asked the barista to check and make another one, she told her co worker to just pour added up a bit milk to my coffee. She said it's cappuccino and taught me what cappuccino is. Hey ladies, I drink coffee everyday that's why I know if it's not good. What an arrogant service.
At the end, I drank it and just could taste a cup of soy milk, that's all.
The hot chocolate, same, Milo taste.
I don't know how to rate this cafe. They should train the staff how to treat customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst coffee I've ever had. I could stomp on coffee grinds, leave milk out in the sun for an hour, chuck them all in a bowl and it would be better than this disgusting drink. Should be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst matcha latte and very rude staff. Lady with short hair didn’t want to change a drink when her staff said that the drink was but bitter and isn’t sweet but was horribly sweet. She threw the drink in the bin with force. Would like to change to a cold brew tea instead but she refused to. Zero customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with the quality of product. Ordered chai latte regular and got extra large hot water with some chai syrup on it and way too expensive. Learn to make difference in sizes and listen carefully to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee shop which opens extremely early in Singapore Changi. Visited here on a layover, my flight landed at 4:20 AM and it was the only shop open. That being said, the coffee, tea and ice blended were spectacular while being reasonably priced, the cashier wasn’t the friendliest, but you need to understand the lines were hectic and there were only two workers. Overall if you have the choice between Starbucks or CBTL in Changi, go to CBTL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you just think there is no good coffee outside Sydney, you thought wrong.
This place have nice Almond Cap and hot chocolate.
The regular was big cup for the hot chocolate, the coffee they ask for single Or double shot . The small was actually a little bigger than small cup so make sure you decide if you need the double shots.
Croissant was heated maybe not the best but my son liked it which is what matter to me.
Service is great***
