★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be one of my favorite go-to place to chill out. Since renovation, notice they restrict customer to 1 hour stay in the Cafe. Even though the Cafe is quite empty but people were told about the 1 hr restriction. Strange! But fortunately consumers are pampered with too many good choices in WCP! So off we go to Gloria Jeans which has very good coffee, fantastic ambience and friendlier customer service. Don't feel welcome to this Starbucks anymore....

It is not an easy job, we have a lot of SOPs to follow and a lot of things to do, every single day there will be complains in the group chat saying this and that is wrong. Every single day there will be several mistakes. We also get paid minimum wage of $7.30 an hour. Imagine how hard my life is as a 16 year old working at starbucks while trying to balance my life as a student. My equilibrium is broken and i can barely cope, with all that, i still dont have a choice but to work, their contract is a 6 months requirement. Can the customers please give us a bit of a break, we still work hard to serve you well, however, we are but humans with limitations and too much expectations of us,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy corners of facing West Coast road and shopping mall, great place for reads and study with warm cup of coffee or starbucks drink. Crepe wrap egg white, mushroom and some vegetables taste great for light meal. Their cookies and cream cheesecakes and New York cheesecakes taste as great and their quality are consistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a chai latte and found that there is too much foam, I think about 1 inch. I nv thought about how much foam there should be so I didn't go to the counter immediately but had finished my drink. Checked on Internet that latte should only have 1/2 inch of foam. It's cappuccino that deserves more foam...nx time be sure to tell their staff to give you less foam if you are ordering a latte...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a nice outlet especially after the renovation. There are more tables and seats but it’s still too small as it is really popular with the crowd at west coast plaza. It is weird that there are so many tables that are put together (in sets of 2). As much as they want to cater to parents with kids, a lot of space are wasted for those who want to do some work there. The food is not too bad although the breakfast menu can be improved by changing more frequently. The staff is also quite well-trained. Wifi can be challenging to connect; for god’s sake just give free direct access.
