This Starbucks is hidden away in the office tower. The main issue with this joint is that the office tower appears to have switched off the aircon by a certain hour, probably in the evenings, as such, the place becomes extremely stuffy and warm. The drinks and dessert are the same as most Starbucks, you know what to expect. If you like them, they are consistent. If you don't, well. I like the drinks and desserts, so, no issue here. The place, like most Starbucks around here, are infested with kids with laptops watching movies or pretending to study. You can barely get a seat or table at times.

Food: reasonably good enough to be eaten. Price is reasonable. Drinks: do not taste like how they are made unlike the other Starbucks outlets. Lighting: bad lighting, shadows cast everytime I move. Environment: told off by staff that my friends and I can't study here, very stuffy, Super small. Staff: they chase people out without explain properly why. Rude. Wifi: breaks down after sometime.

Terrible service from the lady cashier on 2 Dec 2020 0830 am. Not sure if this is how you want to start your customer's morning. A disgrace to the brand. To make it worse, my wrap was not heated up properly, but I rather just continue with it than needing to deal with the cashier's atrocious attitude. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Have been visiting this Starbucks since 2017 to study, my routine will include getting a coffee (min 8 bucks) in the morning and buying dinner from them, after at around 5pm. Today, I received one of the worst case communication issue. The staff wanted me to leave the Starbucks because I was 1.not allowing "paying customers" to sit and 2. breaking the rules of sitting there for prolonged hours, and I have to talk to a "social ambassador" who will "fine" me. I have shifted from Starbucks when staff has politely requested to leave, multiple times before the pandemic. They approached me (one after another) , as if like a gang (that was how I felt) when I was having class. I told them I will not be able to shift because of my lesson (like my camera is one and mic is on which I had to mute because they interrupted me even after I said i had lessons). The manager was polite when I explained to her the situation, a the end of the day really disappointing service from a brand that prides itself in customer service. I hope this does not repeat again.
